Under the pressure of the increasingly strict sanitary standards of drinking water,the decline of water quality in the Yellow River Basin and the urgent demand of urban residents for high-quality drinking water,the water purification process is facing new technical challenges.At present,the two commonly used advanced treatment technologies,biological activated carbon technology and ultrafiltration membrane technology,have their own limitations when applied to water treatment alone.In order to give full play to the technical advantages of the two,the advanced treatment technology with certain applicability to the water from the Yellow River Diversion reservoir is studied to improve the quality of the effluent and obtain high-quality and healthy drinking water.Firstly,the water quality characteristics and treatment characteristics of the water from the Yellow River Diversion reservoir are analyzed.It is found that the water from the Yellow River Diversion reservoir has three typical characteristics:the odor problem is serious,the proportion of small molecule organic matter is high,and the level of bromine ion is high.When selecting the water treatment technology suitable for the Yellow River Diversion reservoir water,the organic matter level of the source water should be fully considered,the water purification process should be determined according to the distribution characteristics of the organic matter molecular weight,and the ozone oxidation technology should be carefully selected to control the risk of bromate exceeding the standard.Based on the analysis of the technical problems existing in the current"conventional+O3-BAC"combined process,the"conventional+BAC-UF"combined process with good water purification effect,high pertinence of water quality and more advantages in construction and operation cost is proposed as the treatment process of new water treatment plant.Secondly,the treatment effect of"BAC-UF"advanced treatment integrated process was studied by pilot plant,and the operation parameters of pilot plant were optimized:the upward flow BAC adsorption pool controlled the rising velocity at 10 m/h,and the membrane economic flux was 35 L/(m2·h).In the combined process,the control of turbidity and particle number of effluent by ultrafiltration membrane is stable and excellent,the effluent guarantee rate below 0.1NTU is close to 100%,and the average number of particles in effluent is 22/ml;the removal rate of algae can reach 100%,and the maximum detection value of total bacterial count in effluent after membrane is 4 CFU/ml;the main removal effect of organic matter by BAC is 35.92%?53.85%,The total removal rate of UV254can reach 32.80%?55.42%,and the integration of the two can effectively make up for the defect of low organic matter removal rate of ultrafiltration membrane;the removal effect of ammonia nitrogen is affected by the membrane flux,and the removal effect of metal aluminum ion is greatly affected by the aluminum ion content in the water before the membrane;the combined process can control the precursors of disinfection by-products and remove odor substances The treatment effect of.Turbidity mainly affects the operation condition of upflow BAC adsorption tank,and temperature affects the biological activity of BAC adsorption tank.In order to control the ultrafiltration membrane pollution,the upflow BAC adsorption pool is put in front of the combined process,and the organic matter is degraded by BAC to reduce the concentration of dissolved organic matter in the water before the membrane,and slow down the process of ultrafiltration membrane pollution.Through physical cleaning and"alkali washing+acid washing"chemical cleaning,the ultrafiltration membrane can run stably for a long time,and effectively solve the limitations of ultrafiltration membrane in actual production.Finally,the operation effect of the"routine+BAC-UF"process in the demonstration project is evaluated.The results show that the"BAC-UF"combined process is superior in removing turbidity,particle number and colony total number The removal effect of CODMnand UV254was good,and the removal effect of odorous substance and disinfection by-product precursor was also good,and the effluent quality was good.The results show that"BAC-UF",as a clean process,has complementary advantages,and has good applicability and effectiveness for the water from the Yellow River Diversion reservoir,and has a wide application prospect in the water treatment plant.
