In this paper,based on the background of a certain type of maritime rights protection weapon,a stabilization control strategy for the firing line of a certain maritime weapon is designed based on the interference observer.In this paper,the overall scheme design of the weapon,the design of the firing line stability model,the design of the hardware and software of the fire control system,and the research and verification of the control strategy of the gun servo system are completed.First of all,in order to realize the stabilization of the firing line of maritime weapons,a model of the firing line stabilization of the artillery servo system following the high-precision stabilization observation device is established in this paper.In this model,the fire control system as a weapon of the brain,the use of view aiming device's data and carrier's data,and combining the PC input calculated ballistic conditions of geodetic coordinate system under shooting the yuan,and calculated by the coordinate transformation system(in coordinate system of artillery)by shooting the yuan,emersion the firing artillery servo system of the yuan can be realized the future for calculating firing line always stable point to target point.Secondly,a nonlinear predictive control strategy based on sliding mode interference observer is proposed to improve the accuracy of the results of the fire control system of the gun servo system.In this strategy,the observer is used to observe and predict the wave disturbance and the uncertainty of the system,and the output of the observer is used to perform feed-forward compensation and model modification of predictive control,so that the predictive control model can express the actual system more accurately,so as to realize the purpose of improving the performance of the control strategy.Finally,in order to verify the performance of the system,this paper first uses the visual simulation tool Simulink to complete the digital simulation experiment of the system,and then carries out the positioning tracking and dynamic signal tracking experiment of the actual system.Simulation results and actual system test results show that the control method can not only meet the development targets of weapons,but also has better performance than the experimental group.
