With the development of modern power electronics technology and motor control theory,permanent magnet synchronous motors(PMSM)have been widely used in national economic fields such as electric vehicles,servo systems,and industrial robots.Current motor control strategies are mostly based on PMSM parameters,and PMSM parameter values will vary within a certain range due to the influence of working environment,service life,operating conditions and processing accuracy.For this reason,this paper conducts in-depth research on online motor parameter identification and related control.The main contents are as follows:This article first establishes the PMSM vector control system in MATLAB/Simulink,and verifies the influence of motor parameter changes on the control system through simulation experiments.Then,a model reference adaptation(MRAS)IPMSM parameter identification method is proposed.The motor current,voltage and speed information are used to construct the motor adjustable model and adaptive mechanism.Under the control of id=0,the motor's ACDC axis inductance,The permanent magnet flux linkage value and stator resistance resistance value,and through the motor simulation software and MATLAB/Simulink joint simulation,verify that the motor parameter identification algorithm has good following characteristics under variable load conditions.In the maximum torque current ratio(MTPA)control system based on motor parameters,the influence of motor parameters on the stator current vector angle is studied,and the effectiveness of the parameter identification algorithm under MTPA control is verified.Secondly,the parameter identification results are fed back to the MTPA control.By comparing the stator current vector angle and the three-phase current amplitude,it shows that the MTPA control based on parameter identification can improve the system control accuracy and control efficiency.By establishing a current feedforward vector control system based on parameter identification,the response speed of the system can be improved.After that,a hardware-in-the-loop experiment platform for permanent magnet synchronous motors based on NI PXI was built,and Lab VIEW and STM32F103-based motor control boards were used for speed regulation and loading experiments to verify the stability and anti-interference ability of the platform.Through parameter identification experiments,It shows the effectiveness of the parameter identification algorithm.Finally,a motor-towing experiment platform with DSP28335 as the main control chip was built.Through hardware design and software development,a vector control system based on MRAS parameter identification was completed.The experimental results show the effectiveness,accuracy and stability of the PMSM parameter identification algorithm.
