| After long-term development,railway tracks have spread all over the country and become the main facilities of land transportation.It has provided great convenience for the economic development of China.Due to the running speed,load-bearing and mileage of rail train increase gradually,it puts forward strict requirements for the detection and repair of rail.In order to achieve the purpose of accurate track detection,the development of large track detection vehicle is started,which can carry out dynamic track detection.But its detection items are incomplete,and the cost of using it is high.The traditional manual detection mainly uses a single instrument for measurement.The detection item is single and the detection efficiency is low,which is not conducive to long-term detection.Therefore,the research of portable track detection vehicle has high practicability and great significance for track detection.The paper independently develops a portable track detection vehicle,which mainly includes mechanical structure,electrical hardware circuit and basic algorithm design.First of all,the mechanical structure design of the track detection vehicle is completed based on the principle of “part first and then whole” by the analysis of the detection items.Two stiffeners are added to the longitudinal beam of the track detection vehicle to increase the stiffness of the detection vehicle;In order to avoid the damage of the linear displacement sensor,the sensor and the measuring wheel are connected by the universal head.Secondly,the hardware circuit design of track detection vehicle adopts the distributed design of “power module + data acquisition module + control module”;The corresponding sensor is selected according to the detection items to complete the control circuit design.Finally,the mileage algorithm is designed and verified,and the coordinate calculation,position judgment of the track detection vehicle and deflection direction judgment are carried out by establishing the coordinate system transformation model.The PC application software developed by C# is used to realize the total station instrument,single-chip microcomputer and PC.The accuracy of the algorithm is verified by several experiments on a high-speed railway track.By comparing with other device in the same case,the experiment results show that the data obtained by the two devices are basically consistent,which further verifies the accuracy and reliability of the track detection vehicle algorithm.The research proves that the designed portable track detection vehicle has certain practical significance for track measurement. |
