Objective:The domestic and international situation,development prospect and experiment project of the regeneration system of Capsicum annuum L.were studied in this article.The cell totipotency make it developed into new plants through the process of redifferentiation or differentiation and differentiation,so as to achieve the rapid propagation of pepper in vitroMethod:The research indicates that the gene type,the type of explants,the ratio of the hormone and the other nutrients,such as sucrose,have different effects on the occurrence of somatic embryogenesis in pepper.We studied on zhangshugang and 8214 about the regeneration system and genetic transformation system through three ways of "somatic embryogenesis","organogenesis" and "cotyledon wound disseminated".Result:We obtained somatic embryos which has the ability to develop a complete plant under suitable conditions,regenerated pepper seedlings and seedlings resistanting PPT.Conclusion:“Somatic embryogenesis”mainly includes the following steps disinfection and seeding,Seed Sterilization and aseptic seedling,obtainment of sterile seedlings,selection of explants,callus induction,somatic embryo induction,subculture,proliferation and maturation,the optimization results can shorten the time of somatic embryogenesis in pepper,improve the its quantity,thus improving the generation efficiency In the process of organogenesis,petiole with 1/3 cotyledons were used as explants,and the regenerated plants were obtained under the action of hormones.Through the combination of“cotyledon wound disseminated" and hydroponics solved some problems,such as the regeneration system of pepper inefficient,easy pollution,plantlet regeneration difficultly,complicated operation of genetic transformation and low conversion efficiency,which providesd an effective way for genetic improvement and breeding of pepper.The establishment of efficient and stable regeneration system of pepper somatic cells is not only beneficial to the study of genetics,but also lays a foundation for the improvement of varieties.
