The importance of human resource management in the development of enterprises is self-evident.However,the human resource management system has structural and systematic characteristics and requires the overall design.This paper takes C Company as an example to analyze the key grip of its human resource management system construction.Because the company belongs to the productive labor intensive enterprises,the core business diversity,but the company still uncovered the real estate enterprise salary system and performance appraisal system,without considering the particularity of the company industry.At present,the company is in the rising period of rapid development,the scale expands unceasingly,the enterprise existing tissue function division of labor is not clear,shuffle phenomenon occurs frequently,subordinates,each department staff under the guidance of a multiple,there is no clear goals,the duty of the above reasons that project advancing slowly,don’t have to meet the needs of the rapid development of the enterprise,badly on enterprise human resources management in a series of rectification.Based on this,it is necessary for the human resource management system of C Company to build,to the company’s recruitment,training,performance management and salary management system shall be optimized,improve human resources management efficiency.First,the theory and development stage of human resource management are sorted out.Based on the literature review,this paper puts forward three key points for the construction of human resource system,namely,performance appraisal system,salary distribution system and talent team management system.These three systems are also the theoretical framework for the establishment of human resource management system in this paper.Second,this paper combs the current situation and system of human resource management of company C,and refines the human resource management problems of the company by means of questionnaire survey and individual interviews.These problems are mainly reflected in: in the aspect of performance appraisal,the company’s performance appraisal index design is not reasonable,and the application and linkage mechanism of performance results need to be optimized.Salary distribution,the company’s pay structure is unreasonable,compensation levels below the industry average,it is difficult to give play to the role of to attract high-end talents,at the same time,in view of the Cenozoic group staff welfare system is not sound;Management personnel,the company’s recruitment management system is not sound,it is difficult to "entrance" to conduct effective control on talents,at the same time,the company have not formed a sound ability development system and the system of career advancement.Third,the human resource management solution of C Company was constructed.This article first has been clear about the goals and principles of human resources system construction,then from the recruitment,training,performance appraisal and compensation optimization measures and strategies of the company’s human resources system.The importance of human resource management in enterprise management is self-evident,and the talent team is the main force and core for the sustainable development and effective development of enterprise business.In the specific research process of this paper,this paper adopts the logical thinking of "current situation analysis,problem summary and problem solving" to organize the thinking of this paper.Specifically,the innovation of this paper is mainly reflected in the following points:Future research from the three aspects of conduct the thorough research to the human resources management,and regular tracking effect the company’s human resources management measures,in order to real-time control related circumstance,can effectively adjust at any time.
