In the process of agricultural production,outdated irrigation facilities and extensive management systems have led to high labor costs,waste of water resources,and unreasonable water usage,which greatly restricts the development of agriculture.In order to solve the above problems,an irrigation controller based on STM32 is designed.First of all,the controller adopts STM32 series microcontroller as the hardware main control core,and completes the writing of the hardware program using C language on the Keil u Vision5 software platform.Controller mainly includes the gateway,the relay nodes,handheld terminal and acquisition control terminal.Gateway is responsible for the irrigation controller interactions with the data of the Internet platform,the relay nodes by adopting the combination of cable transmission and wireless transmission way data relay,handheld terminal to help users of the survey and control,acquisition control terminal is responsible for data collection,integration and irrigation control.Secondly,in order to solve the measurement limitations of a single sensor,the multi-sensor adaptive weighted fusion algorithm was used to fuse the data of multiple sensors,and the fusion value was used as the basis for irrigation decision making.Finally,the hardware equipment and data fusion algorithm were tested.The test results show that the irrigation controller has the characteristics of high stability,good control effect,low labor cost,and can also provide big data support for modern agriculture.In summary,the irrigation controller based on STM32 designed in this paper has certain practical significance,which can achieve stable remote monitoring and irrigation control functions,and maintain soil moisture within the preset range through independent irrigation decision-making.It has solved the problems of invisible environmental parameters,unstable data transmission,unreasonable water application,high labor cost and human experience irrigation in traditional irrigation methods.
