With the advantages of uniform irrigation,high land utilization,and suitable for various terrains,drip irrigation is widely used in farmland irrigation.At present,the pipe network designed in the actual drip irrigation project mainly relies on the designer’s experience,which lacks of optimization and comparison of the design schemes,and highly investment.Based on the project of "High-standard automated farmland construction in Durbert,Heilongjiang Province," this paper studies the optimization method of pressurized drip irrigation pipe network and applies it to the project.The three functional modules in the agricultural irrigation software required by the project are carried out.The main research contents are as follows:(1)An optimization method of mechanical pressure drip irrigation pipe network is proposed.The layout that meets the engineering conditions is taken as the layout research scheme.The optimization design model of pipe diameter is established.The initial position of individual,the best individual position and the random step parameters in the firefly algorithm are improved.Then the improved firefly algorithm is used to solve the model。(2)The actual drip irrigation project of 55 acres was designed by two layout schemes of "Feng" shape and " π " shape,and the main pipe diameter of each layout scheme was optimized by the improved firefly algorithm.The optimization results show that the annual investment cost of the backbone pipeline network obtained by the "Feng"-shape layout is reduced by 16.31% lower than the " π "-shape layout’s.Under the two layout schemes,compared with the economic velocity method,the annual investment cost of the main pipe network calculated by the improved firefly algorithm is reduced by 24.93%and 13.96% respectively,and the investment saving effect is obvious.(3)Java language and Vue front-end framework were used to develop the agricultural irrigation software login,pipe network design,and equipment control module.The pipe network design module is the realization of the improved algorithm of this article.The research shows that the optimization method proposed in this paper can effectively reduce the investment of pipe network,and the function module of agricultural irrigation software developed has practical value for irrigation engineering.
