In order to improve the problems of low prediction accuracy and poor aeration efficiency of aerobic composting,a prediction method of aeration rate based on improved genetic algorithm and BP neural network was proposed,and a prediction model of aeration rate based on improved GABP neural network was constructed.The results show that: compared with the standard BP neural network and GA-BP neural network,cga-bp neural network prediction model has more accurate prediction effect in the aeration oxygen supply prediction.The mean absolute error(MAE),mean absolute percentage error(MAPE)and root mean square error(MSE)of the evaluation indexes of cga-bp neural network model of No.1 reactor are 0.078976,0.007054 and 0.011754 respectively.The prediction results of cga-bp neural network are better than BP neural network and GA-BP neural network,which can meet the needs of aerobic composting aeration.Based on the improved GA-BP neural network aeration rate prediction model,in order to monitor the composting state in real time,accurately predict the aeration rate,and improve the aerobic composting reaction efficiency,an on-line aeration rate prediction system suitable for the internal environment of aerobic composting reactor was established.The system takes STM32F103 single chip microcomputer as the core,and completes data acquisition through network module(including oxygen concentration,temperature,humidity and room temperature data in aerobic composting environment,as well as ventilation released in aerobic composting process),which makes viewing data more intuitive and enables real-time understanding of aerobic composting status.Based on the improved GA-BP neural network aeration rate prediction model,the data calculation is completed.At the same time,the oxygen supply rate is predicted,the aeration rate is calculated,and the aeration valve is controlled,so that there is sufficient oxygen in the composting process,which can accelerate the reactor process and improve the overall efficiency of aerobic composting.
