Multiple Case Studies On Financial Risk Management And Control Of Listed Animal Husbandry Companies

Animal husbandry plays an important role in the development of agriculture,promoting the development of food processing industry and ensuring the food safety of residents.Drive crop supply feed industry production,raise national income level.However,animal husbandry is cyclical.With the changes of the world food supply chain in the face of the epidemic,food safety standards are improved,and the requirements for breeding and environmental protection are raised.In the future,the requirements for the animal husbandry industry will be higher and higher.At the same time,due to the low standardization level of animal husbandry in China,enterprises have insufficient understanding of financial risk control,and no corresponding risk control system has been established in the process of production and operation.From the trend point of view,strengthening the financial risk control of animal husbandry enterprises is the demand of the trend development of the industry,but also the demand of improving the status of enterprises in the industry at present.Wen's Food Group Co.,Ltd.,Muyuan Foods Co.,Ltd.,as the leading enterprises in the animal husbandry industry in China,their financial risks have certain research significance to the animal husbandry and breeding industry.In this paper,the above two typical animal husbandry enterprises as cases,using the theory of risk management,capital structure theory,internal control theory and other theories,case study method,comparative analysis method and other research methods,to analyze the financial risk of China's animal husbandry industry.This paper mainly selects the industry data of the livestock breeding industry in the past five years and the financial data of the case enterprise,from the external environment risk and the risk of enterprise operation on the impact of China's livestock breeding enterprise financial risk control.Secondly,the case study method is used to identify the possible financial risks of the case enterprise and analyze the causes.Finally,based on the countermeasures and suggestions for the financial risk control of the case enterprise,the inspiration of the typical case to the financial risk control of China's animal husbandry industry is further summarized to ensure the sustainable development of the animal husbandry industry.
