situation and effect from the organizational level of medical cooperation in Hebei Y hospital,the medical staff in the cooperation department and the individual level.Summed up the experience of cooperation highlights through the above analysis.To explore the policy and institutional obstacles restricting the cross regional cooperation of Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei Medical
