Objective:(1)the process of formation and development of "brain theory" systematically summarized,in order to carry out a more comprehensive understanding of the history of the formation and development of the theory,dig the connotation and clinical application,and further development and extension of the theoretical connotation,so that this theory can be better clinical guidance.(2)analysis technique was used by the brain brain network,network structure and function in patients with PSA compared with before and after acupuncture of acupoints and non acupoints changes,acupuncture acupuncture treatment group revealed language aphasia after stroke may be the mechanism of brain functional network,specificity and effectiveness of acupoint-brain function between interpretation.Method:(1)using the method of literature and data mining combined,to all medical works and doctors all kinds of medical theory.therapeutic methods and prescriptions and other related systems are discussed and summing up of the theory to explore the origin of the brain;analysis of pathological changes in the brain and related physiological significance to sum up the treatment of disease;disease brain theory of ancient and modern medical applications experience;further development and extension of the theoretical connotation,provide theoretical support for the construction of brain theory.(2)using fMRI as research tools,the use of brain functional connectivity network analysis technology,by contrast,before and after acupuncture acupoint group language related acupoint group and non acupoint group image data,combined with the brain network analysis technology to objectively evaluate the brain activity,analysis of specific language related acupuncture groups of acupoints on the regulating effect of network language.Result:(1)the function connection between the visual network and the right frontal top network,the visual network and the sensorimotor network,the default network and the sensorimotor network are enhanced(p<0.05),and the functional connection between the other networks has not been significantly different.These two regions are mainly activated by the right inferior temporal gyrus,the left middle frontal gyrus and the right middle frontal gyrus.No obvious regional negative activation was found.(2)under the state of acupuncture,the brain regions of the apoplexy aphasia patients and the healthy control were in the default network:right temporal gyrus,right angular gyrus,and left top upper gyrus,and the brain regions of negative activation were:the left anterior lobe and Zuo Niezhong gyrus.In the left frontal frontal network,the regions with positive activation differ from the right insula and the right lingual gyrus,while the negative activation regions have left middle frontal gyrus.In the right frontal frontal network,there is a central prefrontal gyrus with positive activation;the regions with negative activation differ from the right middle frontal gyrus to the right middle temporal gyrus.(3)there was no significant difference between the two groups in the default network.The regions of negative activation include left fusiform gyrus,left inferior frontal gyrus and right middle temporal gyrus.In the left frontfrontal network,the brain regions of the positive activation were:the right lateral spindle gyrus,right angular gyrus,and the left middle frontal gyrus;the brain regions of negative activation were:the left top upper gyrus.In the right frontal frontal network,the regions with positive activation differ from the right middle frontal gyrus to the left superior temporal gyrus,and the negative activation regions have the right central prefrontal gyrus.Conclusion:(1)ICA also plays an important role in fMRI signal processing.This study also verified that the ICA method can effectively detect PSA patients and healthy front-end network,right top net,default network,visual network,auditory network,sensorimotor network,and ICA is one of the reliable analysis methods of brain functional network analysis.(2)the rehabilitation of the language function of the aphasia patients after apoplexy,may be by activating the bilateral hemispherical functional areas,changing the connection mode between the default network,the right frontal net,the sensory network and the visual network.to promote the remolding of the language and the "overall view" of the Chinese medicine.(3)after cerebral apoplexy,aphasia was compared with those of healthy persons.There were significant activation differences between the acupuncture language related acupoints on the default network,the left and right top networks,the sensory motor cortex,the frontal lobe,the temporal lobe,the parietal lobe,the marginal system and so on,suggesting that the cerebral apoplexy caused the abnormal brain function network,and the abnormal connection mode could be used for acupuncture.The effect is affected.Compared with non meridian points,the acupuncture effect of the two points is distinctly divided.Therefore,the effect of acupoints has certain specificity.
