Serum ferritin is an important disease prediction and prognostic indicator, and has guiding significance for clinical diagnosis of new type of coronary pneumonia(COVID-19),blood diseases, cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, tumor diseases, cataract syndrome and diabetes. However, the current research on serum ferritin is mainly concentrated on the physiological factors such as clinical diagnosis, and there is no official standard for the specific range of its reference value.Geographical environment and human health are inseparable. The current reference value of serum ferritin is mainly determined by individual laboratories, and the impact of geographical environment has not been taken into account. The range of regional reference values of serum ferritin is even newer. There is research.Based on this situation, this article attempts to combine environmental science, geography, statistics, and medicine, and explore the relationship between environmental factors and the serum ferritin reference value of healthy adult men in China from this perspective. The statistical distribution method was used to obtain its spatial distribution rule, and the range of medical reference values was established according to local conditions, which provided a reference for clinical medical diagnosis and explored the influence mechanism of environmental factors on its spatial distribution.Collected and measured the serum ferritin data of 21,320 healthy adult men covering more than 170 cities, districts, and counties nationwide, and organized them for spatial autocorrelation testing.Select four environmental indicators:geographic location, topography, climate, and soil, including longitude(X1),latitude(X2),altitude(X3),annual sunshine hours(X4),annual average wind speed(X5),and poor annual temperature(X6),annual average relative humidity(X7),annual precipitation(X8),annual average temperature(X9),topsoil bulk density(X10),topsoil organic matter content(X11),topsoil pH(X12),and total exchange of topsoil Correlation analysis of 15 sub-indicators such as amount(X13),topsoil alkalinity(X14),topsoil salinity(X15)and medical indicators was performed.By studying the data distribution characteristics, five algorithm models of different dimensions are introduced:ridge regression, principal component analysis, support vector machine, artificial neural network, and geographic weighted regression to model and analyze medical reference values and selected environmental factors. The comprehensive evaluation of the model's effects on the indicators, the selection of the most appropriate model to predict the 2,322 observation points across the country, and the geo statistical analysis helped to select the appropriate interpolation method for interpolation.Reference value range. The main conclusions are as follows:(1)The results show that the measured values of serum ferritin in healthy adult men in China have a strong spatial autocorrelation and show a low-value aggregation spatial distribution pattern.(2)There is a correlation between the medical reference value of serum ferritin in healthy adult males and 6 geographic indicators, among which the correlation coefficient of altitude(X3)is the largest and has a significant positive correlation.(3)The artificial neural network model is the best model among the five models.(4)The distribution trend of serum ferritin content in healthy adult males in China is high in the west and low in the east, low in the middle and high in the north and south, and the amplitude of change from east to west is more significant than that from north to south.(5)The range of medical reference values for serum ferritin of healthy adult men in China is divided into three groups:the high value group is 200.0?230.0 ?g/L,which is distributed in the western regions of China with higher altitudes;the median group is 120.0?200.0 ?g/L,Distributed in the northwestern China and the northern part of the North China Plain;the low value group is 90.0?150.0 ?g/L,which is distributed in the northeast China, the middle and lower reaches of the Yangtze River, and the southeast coastal areas. This study carried out a qualitative and quantitative analysis of serum ferritin content and geographical environmental factors in Chinese healthy adult men,and derived its spatial distribution rule, and established a suiTab reference value range, which determines the reference value standard for official medical institutions It provides a reference basis and also helps improve the effectiveness of clinical diagnosis.
