| Objective:In this clinical observation,a randomized controlled test method was used to observe the clinical efficacy of Sanhuang powder external application in the treatment of acute herpes zoster,and to evaluate its related efficacy indexes and safety.Method:Divide 66 patients into treatment group(Sanhuang powder group)and control group(Acyclovir cream group),33 people in each group,respectively.The clinical efficacy and safety of Sanhuang powder external wiping in the treatment of acute herpes zoster.Results:1.Comparison between the treatment group and the control group in the time of increased blister stop,scab,and scab time:the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).2.Comparison of VAS scores:Before and after treatment,the VAS scores of the treatment group and the control group were significantly different before and after treatment(P<0.01);after treatment,there were significant statistics between the treatment group and the control group.Significance(P<0.01);The VAS scores of the two groups were statistically significant at 5,10,and 14 days after treatment(P<0.01).3.Comparison of the occurrence of PHN:the difference between the two groups was not statistically significant(P>0.05).4.Comparison of skin lesions treatment effect:The difference between the treatment group and the control group in the treatment of skin lesions is statistically significant(P<0.01).5.Comparison of comprehensive curative effect evaluation:The difference between the two groups in the comprehensive curative effect of herpes zoster is statistically significant(P<0.05).6.Comparison of the incidence of adverse events:the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion:Compared with the control group,the treatment group and the control group are better than the control group in promoting anti-foaming,scab,and scab treatment of herpes zoster.Both the treatment group and the control group are effective in relieving pain,but the treatment group is better than the control group,and the analgesic onset time of the treatment group is shorter than the control group,and the long-term analgesic effect is better than the control group.Compared with the control group in the treatment of skin lesions,the treatment group was better than the control group.The comprehensive efficacy of the treatment group is better than that of the control group.The safety of the treatment group is not lower than that of the control group.Sanhuang powder for external use in the treatment of acute herpes zoster is effective and safe. |
