Objective:To observe the clinical effect of tension balance acupuncture combined with virtual reality technique on the recovery of motor function in stroke patients with upper limb spasm,and to compare the difference between tension balance acupuncture and virtual reality technique.To provide a new idea for clinical improvement of motor function in stroke patients with upper limb spastic paralysis.Methods:60 patients who met the inclusion criteria were divided into A?B?C 3 groups using a random number table,20 cases in each group.Among them group A is observation group,B?C was the control group.Each group was given routine medication and rehabilitation,On that basis,group A was treated with tension balance acupuncture and virtual reality,group B was treated with virtual reality,group C was treated with tension balance acupuncture.The modified Ashworth scale(MAS)?Fugl-Meyer Assessment Upper Extremity(FMA-UE)?modified Barthel index(MBI)were used to evaluate and compare the overall efficacy of each group before and after treatment.Results:1.The total effective rate of tension balance acupuncture combined with virtual reality technique was 95%,which was better than that of tension balance acupuncture group(75%)and virtual reality group(80%).There was significant difference in three groups(P<0.05).2.MAS scores of biceps brachii in three groups was significantly lower after treatment than before(P<0.01).The tension balance acupuncture combined with virtual reality technology group was significantly better than that of virtual reality technology group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference between tension balance acupuncture combined with virtual reality technology group and acupuncture group(P>0.05).3.FMA-UE scores of the three groups were significantly higher after treatment than before(P<0.01),but the scores of tension balance acupuncture combined with virtual reality were significantly higher than those of virtual reality and acupuncture(P<0.05).There was no significant difference between virtual reality and acupuncture(P<0.05).4.MBI scores of the three groups were significantly higher after treatment than before(P<0.01),but the scores of tension balance acupuncture combined with virtual reality were significantly higher than those of virtual reality group and acupuncture group(P<0.05).Conclusion:1.Tension balance acupuncture combined with virtual reality technique,single tension balance acupuncture and single virtual reality technique can obviously improve muscle tension,improve upper limb motor function and improve daily life ability of stroke patients with upper limb spasm.2.Tension balance acupuncture combined with virtual reality technology can effectively improve the motor function of stroke patients with upper limb spasm,its effect is worthy of clinical push because of single tension balance acupuncture and virtual reality technology treatment.
