Clinical Observation Of Shure Cunjin Granule Combined With Iguratimod In The Treatment Of Primary Sjögren's Syndrome With High IgG

Objective:To evaluate the clinical efficacy of Cherecunjin Granules combined with Iguratimod in the treatment of primary Sjogren’s syndrome with yin deficiency and dry-heat syndrome and the efficacy of improving the abnormal immune response of hyperimmunoglobulinemia and reducing serum IgGMethods:A total of 60 patients with primary Sjogren’s syndrome who met the inclusion criteria were selected and randomly divided into 2 groups.The traditional Chinese medicine group was treated with Cherecunjin granules(30g/time,3 times/day),and the Chinese and Western group was treated with Cherecunjin granules(30g/time,3 times/day)combined with Iguratimod(25mg/time,2 times/day)treatment.The course of treatment is 12 weeks.Observe the TCM syndrome score,ESSPRI score,ESSDAI score,Schirmer test,saliva flow rate,IgG,ESR,CRP changes before and after treatment,and evaluate the therapeutic effect of Cherecunjin Granules combined with IguratimodResults:A total of 51 cases were included while 5 cases were dropped,as a result,46 cases were finally completed.Among them,24 cases were completed in the traditional Chinese medicine group,2 cases were dropped,and 22 cases were completed in the Chinese and Western group,3 cases were dropped.Before treatment,the two groups of patients had no difference in gender,age,course of disease,TCM syndrome score,ESSPRI score,ESSDAI score,IgG,ESR,CRP,Schirmer test and saliva flow rate(P>0.05),and they were all comparable.After treatment,the effective rates of TCM syndromes in the traditional Chinese medicine group and the Chinese and Western groups were 91.66%and 90.90%,respectively,and the ESSPRI score effective rates were 83.33%and 86.36%,respectively;there was no difference in the effective rates between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,there was no difference in the scores of TCM syndromes,ESSPRI score,ESSDAI score,IgG,ESR,CRP,Schirmer test and saliva flow rate between the two groups of patients(P>0.05).Comparing the two groups of patients before and after treatment,the TCM syndrome score,ESSPRI score,ESSDAI score,ESR,CRP,Schirmer test,and saliva flow rate results were all statistically significant(P<0.05);the IgG before and after treatment in the TCM group was not statistically significant Significance(P>0.05),IgG before and after treatment in the Chinese and Western groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).In terms of adverse reactions,1 patient in each of the two groups had diarrhea.There was no difference in adverse reactions between the groups(P>0.05),and the safety was good.Conclusion:1.C herecunj in Granules combined with Iguratimod has definite curative effect in treating primary Sjogren’s syndrome with yin deficiency and dry heat,which can effectively improve clinical symptoms and reduce ESR and CRP levels.2.Cherecunjin granules combined with Iguratimod can improve the abnormal immune response of primary Sjogren’s syndrome hyperimmune globulinemia and reduce serum IgG levels.3.Cherecunjin granules can significantly improve the symptoms of dryness in patients,and Iguratimod can reduce the level of serum IgG,The combined use of the two has a certain synergistic effect.
