Clinical Study Of "invigorating The Spleen, Invigorating The Kidney, Removing Blood Stasis And Invigorating The New Generation" Combined With RhTPO In The Treatment Of Thrombocytopenia Induced By Chemotherapy With Gemcitabine-containing Regimen

Objective: To observe the clinical effect of "Jianpi Bushen Quyu Shengxin" method combined with rh TPO in the treatment of thrombocytopenia caused by chemotherapy with gemcitabine.Methods: 60 patients with thrombocytopenia(deficiency of both spleen and kidney,deficiency of Qi and blood)caused by chemotherapy with gemcitabine were randomly divided into control group and treatment group with 30 cases in each group according to the ratio of 1:1 in the random number table.The control group was treated with recombinant human thrombopoietin(rh TPO),and the treatment group was treated with "Jianpi Bushen Quyu Shengxin" on the basis of the control group.The observation period was 2 weeks.The changes of platelet count,the effect of platelet recovery and the number of cases of platelet recovery to normal value were observed and compared between the two groups after treatment;the general living conditions and the efficacy of TCM syndromes were compared after treatment;the safety indexes and related adverse reactions were recorded to evaluate the efficacy and safety of "Jianpi Bushen Quyu Shengxin" method combined with rh TPO in the treatment of thrombocytopenia after chemotherapy.Results:(1)After treatment,the changes of platelet count,the effect of platelet recovery,the number of cases of platelet recovery to normal value,general living conditions and the efficacy of TCM syndromes were compared between the two groups.The treatment group was better than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).(2)Before and after treatment,the general vital signs of the two groups were stable,there were no toxic and side effects in heart,liver,kidney and other aspects,and the related adverse reactions were less,and the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion: "Jianpi Bushen Quyu Shengxin" method combined with rh TPO in the treatment of chemotherapy-induced thrombocytopenia can increase the platelet count,improve the effect of platelet recovery,improve the general living condition score,reduce the TCM syndrome score,reduce the pain of patients,improve the quality of life,and has no obvious side effects in heart,liver,kidney and other aspects,and the related adverse reactions are mild,which can be widely used in clinic Use.However,the observation time of this study is short and the number of cases is small.It is necessary to extend the observation time,expand the scope of subjects and exclude other interference factors,so as to make a more accurate evaluation on the long-term efficacy and safety of "invigorating spleen and kidney,removing blood stasis and generating new" method combined with rh TPO in the treatment of chemotherapy-induced thrombocytopenia.
