Literature Research On Medication Rules For Gastroesophageal Reflux Disease From The Perspective Of Liver Based On Data Mining

Objective:Based on the technology of data mining,it extracts medical record information from documents related to liver theory and treatment of GERD by modern physicians,counts the frequency of drug use,nature and taste,meridian tropism and commonly used drug combinations,grasp the main trend of therapeutic drugs,and analyzes and summarizes its differentiation and treatment ideas based on the theory of traditional Chinese medicine.And the rules and characteristics of medication to enrich the clinical thinking of TCM.Methods:Inclusion and exclusion criteria based on this study,extract the prescription information of the treatment of GERD from the liver in the relevant modern clinical literature,and input them into the TCM inheritance support system(V2.5)one by one after standardized processing,and use the software related sections to get descriptive statistics on the frequency of usage frequency,nature and taste,channel tropism,and common combinations of traditional Chinese medicine.Through correlation analysis and cluster analysis,the core drugs and related prescription rules for the treatment of GERD from the liver are obtained.At the same time,perform the visual network display.The above are all for clarify and summarize the general rules of the application of drugs to treat GERD from the liver.Results:A total of 113 documents were included in this study,and a total of144 prescriptions were entered,involving a total of 180 Chinese medicines,and the total frequency of medicines was 2114.(1)Among the prescriptions used by TCM to treat GERD from the liver,the top 10 drugs used are:radix bupleuri,rhizoma coptidis,radix paeoniae alba,radix glycyrrhizae,rhizoma pinelliae,os sepiellaeseu sepiae,fructus evodiae,fructus aurantii,pericarpium citri reticulatae,poria cocos.(2)The use frequency of cold property traditional chinese medicine is 37.47%,the use frequency of warm property traditional chinese medicine is 36.29%,the use frequency of flat property traditional chinese medicine is 20.01%,and the cumulative use frequency is 93.77%;the use frequency of bitter property traditional chinese medicine is 37.27%,the use frequency of pungent property traditional chinese medicine is 26.82%,the use frequency of sweet property traditional chinese medicine is 20.82%,and the cumulative frequency of use is 84.91%.It reflects the main characteristics of its overall medication with Xinkaikujiang method and Hanwenbingyong method to regulate the ascending and descending of qi,neutral and sweet drugs to benefit spleen and slow liver.(3)The spleen-meridian accounted for 21.05%of the meridian,the stomach-meridian accounted for 19.14%,the liver-meridian accounted for 15.65%,and the lung-meridian accounted for14.25%,the cumulative proportion is 70.09%.It can be seen that the medication is mainly concentrated in the spleen-meridian,stomach-meridian,liver-meridian and lung-meridian.(4)The top 5 drug combinations with the highest frequency of drug combinations are "rhizoma coptidis,fructus evodiae","radix paeoniae alba,radix bupleuri","radix glycyrrhizae,radix paeoniae alba","radix glycyrrhizae,radix bupleuri","rhizoma coptidis,radix bupleuri".(5)Using the unsupervised entropy hierarchical clustering algorithm,5 new prescriptions for treating GERD from the liver were obtained,which Respectively are: "radix aucklandiae,fructus aurantii,os draconis,fructus aurantii immaturus","fructus citri,amomum villosum,rhizoma cyperi,fructus citri,lignum aquilariae resinatum","inula,generation ocher,semen raphani,semen raphani,rhizoma zingiberis recens","radix linderae,semen ziziphi spinosae,fructus arctii,hemp seed","radix rehmanniae recens,achyranthes bidentata,concha ostreae,os draconis,ramulus cinnamomi".Conclusion:When treating GERD from the liver,traditional Chinese medicine focuses on disease-oriented and differentiated disease first,grasps the basic pathogenesis of reverse ascending of Stomach-Qi,and the key to the pathogenesis of liver failure and stomach invasion.The core of treatment is regulating qi.The main characteristics of the prescription are Xinkaikujiang and Hanwenbingyong.The main channel tropism of traditional Chinese medicine is spleen,stomach,liver and lung,which are closely related to the etiology and pathogenesis of the disease.The chinese patent is mainly to disperse stagnated liver qi for relieving qi stagnation and regulate stomach for lowering adverse qi,supplemented with treatment of liver such as clearing liver-fire,softening liver,benefiting liver,slowing liver.At the same time,the interaction between of visceras should be considered,supplemented with therapies of invigorating spleen,lowering stomach,lowering lung and so on.Simultaneous treatment of multiple visceras to balance the ascending,descending,going out and going in of Qi of the visceras,add and subtract drugs flexibly according to the symptoms.
