Psoriasis is a chronic recurrent inflammatory skin disease,in which the scalp is one of the most common parts of psoriasis,often first appears in the scalp or scalp lesions,known as scalp psoriasis.The typical characteristics of scalp psoriasis are erythema,scales and itching.Scales show mixed sebum and grayish yellow.Silver white or fascicular hair can be seen after peeling.The disease is stubborn and difficult to cure.The current clinical treatment is relatively limited,due to the particularity of the scalp and multiple factors,can not achieve the desired therapeutic effect of patients,causing great damage to their external image,self-confidence and even the quality of life.After years of clinical experience,the tutor summed up that compound Kushen lotion has significant effect in the early clinical application,but lack of data support,which needs further research to promote.Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of Compound Kushen lotion in external treatment of psoriasis vulgaris(damp heat syndrome).Methods:from August 2020 to February 2021,74 patients with scalp psoriasis(damp heat syndrome)who met the inclusion criteria were selected from the outpatient department of Dermatology,Dongfang Hospital,Beijing University of traditional Chinese medicine.The random sequence was generated by querying the random number table,and then the random concealment was realized by using the envelope drawing method.According to the principle of random control grouping of positive drugs,they were divided into two groups,The treatment group(37 cases)and the control group(37 cases).The treatment group was given compound Kushen lotion,once every other day,1 bag each time;The control group was treated with external application of calcipotriol liniment,twice a day.The course of treatment was 4 weeks,and the patients were followed up once every 2 weeks.General information(including gender,age,telephone,height,weight,allergy history,treatment history,etc.)was collected from all subjects.Skin lesions mainly occurred on the scalp were selected from both groups.The skin lesions were photographed and evaluated before treatment,14 days after treatment,and after treatment,and the single erythema,scale,infiltration score,skin color,skin color,skin color,skin color,skin color,skin color and skin color were recorded before,during,and after treatment S-mpasi score,pruritus degree score,Malassezia detection rate.Finally,through statistical analysis,the treatment group and the control group were compared,and the conclusion was drawn.Pay attention to record the incidence of scalp irritation during treatment and the corresponding treatment measures.Results:a total of 74 patients were enrolled in this study,including 1 case in the treatment group and 2 cases in the control group.A total of 71 cases were completed,36 cases in the treatment group and 35 cases in the control group.Before treatment,through data analysis,there was no difference in age,gender,BMI index and course of disease between the two groups.There were significant differences in erythema,scales and infiltration scores between the two groups after 4 weeks of treatment(P<0.05),and there were significant differences in infiltration scores after 2 weeks of treatment(P<0.05);The difference of s-mpasi total score between the two groups after treatment and before treatment was significant;There was significant difference in the degree of scalp itching between the two groups after treatment(P<0.05);The incidence of Malassezia between the two groups after treatment was statistically significant(P<0.05);The total effective rate of the two groups was statistically different after treatment(P<0.05).Conclusion:Compound Kushen lotion and carbotriol liniment are effective for psoriasis vulgaris(damp heat syndrome),but compound Kushen lotion shows better effect.During the treatment,no skin irritation and other discomfort were found.
