| Objective: To observe the rehabilitation effect of repeated transcranial magnetic stimulation combined with language training on the language development disorder in children with cerebral palsy,in order to provide a more convenient and effective rehabilitation treatment for the language development disorder in children with cerebral palsy.Methods: A total of 50 children with cerebral palsy aged 2-6 years in the Children’s Rehabilitation Department of Chengdu First People’s Hospital from February 2020 to December 2020 were randomly selected and divided into group A and group B by random drawing.Group A was the observation group,and group B was the control group,with 25 cases in each group.The observation group received routine rehabilitation training + language training + repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation.In the control group,routine rehabilitation training and language training were conducted once a day,30 min a time,5 days a week,and the treatment period was 12 weeks.r TMS for 5 days a week and the treatment period was 12 weeks.Before the study and after 12 weeks of treatment,the children in the two groups were evaluated by Gesell Developmental Scale(Gesell Developmental Scale),five functional areas(language,social adaptation,general motor,fine motor,personal social interaction),and the language development of the two groups was evaluated by Chinese language S-S assessment.The results of the study were analyzed using SPSS26.0.Results: 1.Baseline comparison: before intervention,there were no significant differences between the two groups in gender,age,education level of caretakers,grade of gross motor function of cerebral palsy,type of cerebral palsy,development quotient of each functional area of Gesell scale,and sign stage index of Chinese language S-S evaluation method(P>0.05).2.According to the assessment of Gesell Development Scale,after 12 weeks of intervention,there were significant differences in the development quotient of language function area,personal social interaction area,social adaptive behavior area and fine motor area between group A and group B,with statistical significance(P <0.05),while There was no significant difference in large motor development quotient(P >0.05).The development quotient of 5 energy areas before and after intervention was compared between the two groups,and there were significant differences in 5 energy areas between the two groups,with statistical significance(P <0.05).3.Chinese language S-S assessment method,after 12 weeks of intervention,the efficacy of group A was significantly better than that of group B(P<0.05),and the total effective rate was significantly better than that of group B(P<0.05);Among them,the curative effect of 2 to 3 years old children in group A was significantly better than that in group B(P<0.05),and the total effective rate was significantly better than that in group B(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the total effective rate between group A and group B(P<0.05).Conclusion: 1.r TMS stimulation technique can improve the effect of language training on CP children with language development disorder;2.The language development of CP children is correlated with their social adaptability,fine movements and personal social skills;3.RTMS stimulation technique has a significant effect in the treatment of 2 ~ 3 years old CP children.It is suggested that r TMS can be used in the early intervention of speech rehabilitation in CP children. |
