| SMO(Site Management Organization)provide CRC(clinical coordinators)to medical institutions to assist researchers in completing clinical trials.Due to large workload,high repetition,lack of effective incentive measures,unclear career development,and a weak sense of belonging to SMO enterprises,The phenomenon of staff turnover in SMO enterprises in my country is relatively serious.Based on this,this article mainly focuses on staff turnover in SMO enterprises.The reasons are analyzed and the aim is to propose corresponding solutions.Literature analysis,questionnaire survey and in-depth interview are taken to analyze the current situation and reasons of employee turnover in SMO companies:fuzzy definition,heavy workload,non-standard vocational training,fuzzy career planning,salary and benefits,promotion have neglected to meet the diverse needs of employees,defective mechanism of clinical trial institutions,and the lack of relevant industry standards has led to the gradual decline of employees’ satisfaction with the company,and ultimately the loss of personnel.The research conclusions and countermeasures of this article are as follows: First,improve the management measures of SMO: clarify occupational definitions,improve vocational training,improve workload and working hours statistics,optimize salary and benefits and performance evaluation,and formulate scientific career planning;second,hospital clinical trial institutions Improve internal management;the third is to formulate SMO standards and guidelines as soon as possible.In order to improve the scientific nature of management and employee satisfaction,reduce employee turnover rate based on scientific human resource management. |
