Research On Data Opening Of New Coronary Pneumonia In Beijing

In the response to the COVID-19 epidemic,governments at all levels opened up the COVID-19 data,not only played the role of service epidemic situation research and judgment,supported virus traceability analysis and supported epidemiological investigations,etc.,but also effectively eliminated false rumors flooding the Internet.The news promptly calmed the public panic,curbed the spread of secondary public opinion,and fully protected the right of citizens at home and abroad to know.This article takes the COVID-19 data open on the Beijing Municipal Government Data Open Platform as an example to study.The author uses the "China Open Data Forest Evaluation Framework" to systematically sort out and analyze the Beijing Municipal Government’s COVID-19 data opening issues from the four dimensions of readiness,platform layer,data layer,and utilization layer,and find that the Beijing Municipal Government’s Data Open Platform still has some problems and deficiencies in aspects such as laws and policies,platform functions,data quality,and utilization results.By referring to the advanced practices of some advanced cities at home and abroad,we believe that we can start with strengthening the supply of laws and policies,improving and optimizing platform functions,improving the level of data quality,and encouraging and guiding social participation to improve the quality and level of COVID-19 data open on the Beijing Municipal Government Data Open Platform,This has a strong reference value for the data open work of the Beijing Municipal Government.
