With the aging of the population,the increase of the incidence of chronic diseases and the expansion and rejuvenation of the sub-healthy population,the people's awareness of health care has gradually increased.In recent years,the demand of TCM medical service is increasing day by day because TCM has irreplaceable advantages over western medicine in the prevention and treatment of difficult and complicated diseases and chronic diseases.In the face of the shortage of traditional Chinese medicine market,under the promotion of good profit policy and capital,the hospital of TCM,as a provider to meet the multi-level and diversified needs of the people,ushered in a good opportunity for development.This paper takes Kunming S hospital of TCM as the research object,on the basis of literature research,through questionnaire survey,statistical analysis and other methods,collect and collate the information of S hospital of TCM service marketing,and study its service marketing strategy.The PEST analysis method and Porter's five-force model are used to analyze the macro and industry environment of S hospital of TCM,and the threats and opportunities faced by S hospital of TCM are fully understood through the SWOT analysis method.Secondly,through the investigation and analysis of the present situation and patient satisfaction of the S hospital of TCM,it points out the problems existing in the marketing of the S hospital of TCM: the advantages of product resources are not brought into full play,the medical expenses are on the high side,the marketing channel is more traditional,the tangible display has the promotion space,the service flow needs to be optimized,and the promotion strategy needs to be improved.Based on the above analysis around 7Ps service marketing theory,to further improve the S hospital of TCM Service Marketing Strategy,such as: building the characteristic advantages of branch libraries,adopting multi-price strategy,expanding network marketing channels,optimizing the "four long" process,creating a warm environment for medical treatment,etc.,finally,from the organization system,building talent echelon,strengthening the information system construction,strengthening the cultural construction and so on,put forward S hospital of TCM Marketing Strategy Combination implementation safeguard measures.
