Data Mining Combined With Infrared Thermal Imaging Technology To Explore The Law Of Acupoint Compatibility In Depression (kidney-yang Deficiency Type)

Purpose :This study based on data mining technology to explore the high-frequency acupoints of acupuncture and moxibustion in the clinical treatment of Major Depressive Disorder of Kidney-Yang deficiency in modern literature;Combined with the results of data mining,infrared thermal imaging technology was used to explore the thermosensitive acupoints and their acupoint matching rules of Major Depressive Disorder of Kidney-Yang deficiency,so as to provide ideas and basis for acupuncture and moxibustion clinical treatment of Major Depressive Disorder of Kidney-Yang deficiency.Material and method:1 A total of 61 clinical research literatures on acupuncture and moxibustion treatment of kidney Yang deficiency depression from the China Knowledge Infrastructure Project(CNKI),VIP,Wangfang and PubMed self-established database to October 2019 were searched by computer,and the remaining 22 literatures met the standards after the second screening.The information of acupuncture prescription,meridian return of acupoints,location distribution of acupoints and specific acupoint attributes were sorted out and input into Office Excel to establish acupoint database for Major Depressive Disorder of Kidney-Yang deficiency.The frequency of acupoints,parts,parts and specific acupoints were analyzed by Excel and SPSS Statistics 23.0 software.2 Combines the result of data mining,the application of infrared thermal imaging technology to carry out the clinical research,observation of healthy people,patients with kidney Yang deficiency depression high frequency point temperature difference,the application of IBM SPSS modeler 18.0 and SPSS Statistics 23.0 software to high frequency aperture,the analysis of factor,correlation,clustering rule,concluded between thermal point compatibility rule,to provide clinical treatment of kidney Yang deficiency type depression specific acupoints compatibility rule.Results:1 Data mining: a total of 22 articles were included in the search of the four databases.The results showed that the frequency of use of acupoints in clinical treatment of Kidney Yang Deficiency Depression was as follows: 10 high-frequency acupoints including Shenshu,Baihui,Mingmen,etc.,which were mostly distributed on the back,chest,abdomen,and head.Specific acupoint classification to the intersection,back Yu acupoint most;2 Clinical study results show that: Kidney-Yang deficiency type depression in female patients is significantly more than male patients,menopause is a high incidence of depression stage;The temperature of all parts of the body in patients with kidney Yang deficiency depression was lower than that of healthy people.The temperature of high frequency acupoints of the kidney Yang deficiency depression group decreased,and the temperature of Shenshu and Mingmen acupoints had significant difference(P<0.01),and the temperature of Qihai,Guanyuan,Yaoyangguan,Shenque,Neiguan and Sanyinjiao had statistical significance(P<0.05).The results of acupoint influence factor analysis and correlation analysis showed that Shenshu,Mingmen,Baihui and Sishencong were the most common compatibility in the treatment of this disease.Cluster analysis is divided into four categories: the first category is Shenshu-Mingmen-Baihui-Sishencong,the second category is Qihai-Guanyuan,the third category is Yaoyangguan-Shenque,and the fourth category is Sanyinjiao-Neiguan.Conclusion:1 Based on data mining technology,10 high frequency acupoints of Shenyang deficiency type depression were explored.The principle of selecting points and matching points was mainly based on syndrome differentiation,front and back points,upper and lower points,Shenshu,Shengmen,waist Yangguan,Qihai,Guanyuan,Shenque,Neiguan,Sanyinjiao,Baihui,Sishencong,ten points combined,connected to the kidney and connected to the brain.2 The low temperature phenomenon at the thermosensitive point explored in this study can reflect the pathological state of the pathogenesis of kidney yang deficiency depression and provide reference for clinical diagnosis and treatment.3 Based on infrared thermal imaging technology to explore the compatibility of high-f requency acupoints,Shenshu-Lingmen-Baihui-Sishencong as the main point,tonifying k idney and tonifying yang,nourishing marrow,kidney-brain interworking,with Qi-Hai-Guan Yuan,tonifying Qi-Yang,passing Yang Qi,so that orifices and dispersing,depression and dispelling Shen'an,accompanied by Sanyinjiao-Neiguan,nourishing yin to help Yang,Junxiangsheng,so that the brain marrow full,Shenque-waoyang Guan,help Yang Shengnao,help the brain,so that the brain God peace,all play warming Yang Qi,kidney-brain acupuncture and moxibustion,can provide a reference for clinical treatment of Major Depressive Disorder of Kidney-Yang deficiency.
