Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of "Yuqi Huoxue,Huatan Tongluo" in the treatment of patients with coronary heart disease angina pectoris with phlegm and blood stasis, and evaluate the clinical efficacy of Shenqi Gualou Xiebai Banxia Decoction and Xuefu Zhuyu Decoction in the treatment of this syndrome.Summarize the tutor's clinical experience in treating this disease.Materials and Methods: From January 2019 to January 2020,120 patients with coronary heart disease and angina pectoris with phlegm and blood stasis syndrome were selected and divided into a treatment group and a control group with 60 cases in each group. The control group was treated with conventional western medicine, and the treatment group was treated with Shenqi Gualou Xiebai Banxia Decoction and Xuefu Zhuyu Decoction on the basis of conventional Western medicine treatment. The treatment time of both groups was 4weeks.The clinical data of TCM syndrome score, angina pectoris score, electrocardiogram, blood lipid(TC,TG,LDL-C)and nitroglycerin reduction rate before and after treatment were collected.Record blood, urine, stool routine, liver and kidney function and other related safety indicators.Use SPSS21.0 statistical software for data processing and analysis, and draw relevant conclusions by comparing and analyzing the results.Results:1.Curative effect analysis Angina pectoris symptom curative effect: According to statistics, the total effective rate of angina pectoris symptom curative effect is 86.67% in the treatment group and 76.67% in the control group. The comparison between the two is P<0.05,indicating that the treatment group is better than the control group. The efficacy of TCM syndromes: The total effective rate of TCM syndromes obtained by statistics is 88.33% in the treatment group and 68.33% in the control group. The comparison between the two is P<0.01,indicating that the treatment group is significantly better than the control group.ECG curative effect: The total effective rate of ECG curative effect obtained by statistics is63.33% in the treatment group and 45% in the control group. The comparison between the two is P<0.05,indicating that the treatment group is better than the control group.Nitroglycerin stopping rate: The stopping rate of nitroglycerin in the treatment group was60%,and the stopping rate in the control group was 41.67%,P<0.05,indicating that the treatment group was better than the control group.Improvement of blood lipids: P=0.000,0.000,0.000 on TC,TG,LDL-C in the treatment group(P<0.01),which are statistically significant, indicating that the treatment group can reduce TC,TG and LDL-C.The control group TC,TG,LDL-C obtained P=0.001,0.11,0.006,and the P value of TC and LDL-C <0.05,which is statistically significant, indicating that the control group can reduce TC and LDL-C,TG Group P value>0.05,no statistical significance.2.Safety analysis There were no obvious abnormalities in the safety indicators of the two groups of patients before and after treatment, and no adverse events occurred.Conclusion:1.Shenqi Gualou Xiebai Banxia Decoction and Xuefu Zhuyu Decoction combined with conventional Western medicine treatment can effectively improve the TCM syndrome score, angina pectoris score,TC,LDL-C level and other clinical indicators in patients with angina pectoris of coronary heart disease with phlegm and blood stasis.2.The safety of Shenqi Gualou Xiebai Banxia Decoction and Xuefu Zhuyu Decoction is good, and there are no obvious abnormalities in the safety indicators such as the three major routines and liver and kidney function during the observation process.
