Discussion On Traditional Chinese Medicine And Acupoint Selection Rules For Acute Peripheral Facial Paralysis Based On Data Mining

Purpose:The author searched Pub Med,CNKI,Wanfang,Weipu and other databases to collect information on the selection of traditional Chinese medicine prescriptions or acupuncture points for the treatment of peripheral facial paralysis(PFP)from January 31,2001 to January 31,2021.In the literature,use Excel,SPSS 25.0 and other software to conduct data mining and analysis on the information of traditional Chinese medicine prescriptions or acupuncture selection points in the literature,and use this method to summarize the prescriptions of traditional Chinese medicine in the literature for the treatment of peripheral facial paralysis during the 20 years.The rules of medication and acupuncture point selection provide a more scientific basis for traditional Chinese medicine clinicians in the treatment of this disease.Material and method:Through the retrieval of the journal database,the literature on the specific therapeutic effects of traditional Chinese medicine,acupuncture and other characteristic therapies of traditional Chinese medicine on the disease was collected from January 31,2001 to January 31,2021.Begin to build a database of Chinese medicine prescriptions and acupuncture points selection through Office Excel.Taking single medicines and acupuncture prescriptions in traditional Chinese medicine prescriptions as variables,the statistics of Chinese medicines and acupoints that appear are counted as 1,and the statistics of Chinese medicines and acupoints that are not appearing are counted as 0 through the statistical typesetting of the database.The frequency and frequency of use of traditional Chinese medicine and acupuncture were used to calculate the high-frequency traditional Chinese medicine used and the acupuncture points,and the statistical properties,taste,meridian,type and the meridian of acupuncture points were analyzed,and SPSS 25.0 was used to pair Use high-frequency Chinese medicine and acupuncture for cluster analysis to study the principles and application rules of Chinese medicine and acupuncture.Results:1.In this study,131 literatures related to Chinese medicine were included in the study,among which 308 prescriptions were included;the related Chinese medicines were 209 flavors;the frequency of Chinese medicines was 3367 times in total.14 Chinese medicines are frequently used.The total frequency of the first 14 Chinese medicines is 53.82%,which is also the core medicine for the treatment of this disease.In terms of medicinal properties,warm,cold,and mild medicines are mainly used,and the frequency of use is greater than 20%.The total frequency of use of the above medicinal properties is 96.94%.In terms of medicinal taste,sweet,pungent,and bitter medicines are mainly used.The total frequency of use of the first three medicinal flavors is 92.64%,and the frequency of use of the first two is not much different.Traditional Chinese medicines that enter the liver,lungs,and heart meridians are mainly used for meridian return.In terms of drug classification,the drugs that are used more frequently are anti-surgical drugs,tonic drugs,drugs for calming the liver and extinguishing wind,and drugs for promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis.The frequency of use is more than 550 times,and the frequency of use is more than 15%.Mainly medicines for replenishing qi and blood,extinguishing wind and relieving spasm,and promoting blood circulation and analgesics.2.In this study,112 acupuncture points were selected for learning,295 acupuncture prescriptions were included,89 relevant acupuncture points were selected,and the frequency of acupuncture selection was 2748 times in total.There are 14 acupoints with higher frequency,and the cumulative frequency of the first 14 acupoints is 76.42%.The selected acupuncture points are frequently used in the meridian circulation for the stomach,large intestine,and gallbladder.Conclusion:1.Among the traditional Chinese medicines for the treatment of PFP,most of the drugs with high frequency of use have the effects of expelling wind,promoting blood circulation,promoting qi,resolving phlegm,and dredging collaterals,which corresponds to the pathogenesis of this disease.2.The medicinal properties used in the treatment of PFP are mainly warm and cold;the medicinal tastes are mainly pungent and sweet;the medicines are mainly anti-exposure drugs and tonic drugs.3.Among the prescriptions for the treatment of PFP,more people take Qianzheng San,Yinqiao San,Tongqiao Huoxue Decoction and other prescriptions as basic prescriptions for addition and subtraction.Among them,insect drugs are widely used by doctors because they have a strong function of searching for wind and dredging collaterals.4.The meridians of acupuncture points that are used more frequently in the treatment of acute PFP follow the head and face.In the acute phase of PFP,more local acupuncture points can be selected for acupuncture treatment.Compared with ancient physicians,modern physicians treat acute PFP as Taichong.The frequency of use of acupoints is not high.
