Purpose:The purpose of this thesis is to provide a theoretical basis for the clinical scientific application of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of diabetic retinopathy by retrieving and collecting the references of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of diabetic retinopathy,analyzing the medication rules of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of diabetic retinopathy,and calculating medication frequency,drug category,drug taste,drug nature,meridian tropism and clustering of high-frequency drugs in the actual clinical medication process.Material and method:1.The databases of CNKI,Wanfang and VIP have been retrieved for references about the treatment of diabetic retinopathy with traditional Chinese medicine from 1991.6 to 2020.9.2.The included references were normalized to obtain the names of the corresponding prescriptions and the corresponding Chinese medicines to establish a database.3.Excel 2010 and R4.0.3 software were used to statistic the frequency and frequency of medication of each drug in the database,and analyze the content of high-frequency drug use,such as nature and taste,meridian tropism,medication category,clustering,medication relevance,etc.Results:In the final inclusion of 85 articles,it was concluded that there were 149 Chinese medicines with a total frequency of 1126 times and an average frequency of 7.52 times.The frequency of use of the first 40 medicines was greater than 7.52.Astragalus Membranaceus was used for 62 times in all high-frequency medicines.accounting for 56.36%of the total Chinese herbal compound prescriptions.Its appearance frequency was the highest,accounting for 5.51%of the total frequency.The frequency in descending order was Radix Rehmanniae,Radix Salviae Miltiorrhizae,Radix Angelicae Sinensis,Radix Puerariae,Radix notoginseng.Rhizoma Dioscoreae,Poria cocos,etc.Statistics on the 149 Chinese medicines involved showed that the most frequently used medicine in terms of properties was cold,followed by cold,warm,slightly cold.flat,slightly warm and cool.In the aspect of channel tropism,the most frequently obt ained by statistics is the liver channel,followed by liver channel.kidney channel.heart channel,lung channel,spleen channel and stomach channel The frequency of these meridian drugs is higher than 200 times.According to the statistical results of drugs,the most frequent drugs are Qi tonifying drugs,followed by blond activating and stasis removing drugs,heat clearing and blood cooling drugs and Yin tonifying drugs.In terms of medicine taste,the statistical results show that the most frequent medicine taste is sweet,which in descending order are bitter,pungent,salty,sour,astringent,light and slightly bitter.Four groups of cluster prescriptions and 32 pairs of traditional Chinese medicine were summarized.The importance of clearing heat and cooling blood,promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis in the treatment process was obtained by analyzing the drug combination.Conclusion:1.Analysis and summary,diabetic retinopathy in clinical application of common drugs are Astragalus Membranaceus,Radix Rehmanniae,Salvia Miltiorrhiza,Angelica.Pueraria,Panax notoginseng,Yam,Poria Cocos,Wolfberry,Red Peony.2.In terms of drug properties,the cold is the most,and the tastes are mainly sweet,bitter and pungent The drugs are mainly Qi tonifying drugs.blood-activating and stasis removing drugs,heat clealing and blood cooling drugs.In terms of channel tropism liver,kidney and heart channels are the main channel tropism drugs.3.Clinically,the basic treatment of diabetic retinopathy is to invigorate qi and promote blood circulation,clear heat and cool blood.and promote blood circulation to remove blood stasis.
