Objective:By investigating the status quo of post-traumatic growth of breast cancer patients, this paper explores the correlation between post-traumatic growth and fear of recurrence of gratitude stigma, determines the influencing factors of post-traumatic growth of breast cancer patients, and provides theoretical basis for the formulation of effective intervention measures for post-traumatic rehabilitation of breast cancer patients. Methods:In this study,150 cases of breast cancer patients who met the inclusion and exclusion criteria in the Department of Breast Cancer of a Grade III Class A hospital in Jiaxing City from October to December 2020 were selected as the research objects by convenience sampling. The Post-Traumatic Growth Inventory(PTGI)was used in the general information questionnaire.Fear of Progression Questionnaire-Short Form(FOP-Q-SF)、Social Impact Scale(SIS)、Six-item Gratitude Questionnaire(GQ-6)is the main method of Progression Questionnaire. After data collection,SPSS17.0 statistical software was used to compare the general information of breast cancer patients with the frequency composition of mean standard deviation.Independent sample t-test and one-way analysis of variance were used to analyze the differences in post-traumatic growth scores of breast cancer patients.Pearson correlation analysis was used to explore the correlation between stigma recurrence fear gratitude and post-traumatic growth in breast cancer patients.Multiple linear regression was used to analyze the influencing factors of post-traumatic growth.Results:1.A total of 136 patients with breast cancer were included in this study, with an average age of(49.15±8.93)years.Concentration of residence in towns,Most of them had junior high school education,Marital status was mostly married,The medical treatment is mainly paid by employee medical insurance,The majority of patients had the disease for more than 2 years.2.The total score of post-traumatic growth of breast cancer patients(53.70±12.30),and the average score of each dimension item from high to low was self-recognition(3.27±0.79),interpersonal relationship(3.20±0.76),appreciation of life(2.82±1.03).3.Univariate analysis showed that the level of post-traumatic growth was different among patients with different occupations and per capital monthly income(P<0.05).correlation analysis showed that post-traumatic growth and stigma in breast cancer patients(r=0.379,P<0.01)、Thanksgiving(r=0.295,P<0.01)was positively correlated.4.The results of multivariate analysis showed that the factor affecting the post-traumatic growth of breast cancer patients was occupational per capital monthly income gratitude stigma,R~2=0.261 in the final regression model;Adjusted R~2=0.238;F=11.556;P<0.05 was statistically significant.Conclusion:1.The post-traumatic growth of breast cancer patients is at a medium level, which needs to be improved.2.Occupational situation, per capital monthly income, stigma and gratitude are the main factors influencing the post-traumatic growth of breast cancer patients.3.Medical staff should pay attention to the psychological needs of breast cancer patients, assess the level of stigma and gratitude of patients in the early stage, carry out positive psychological guidance to patients, mobilize their potential for physical and mental rehabilitation, develop targeted intervention measures, improve the level of post-traumatic growth of patients, promote the recovery of physical and mental health of patients, and improve the quality of life.
