A Literature Study On The Medication Rules Of Traditional Chinese Medicine For The Treatment Of Bronchial Asthma

Purpose: Use CNKI,Wanfang database,Weipu database,etc.as data source platforms to collect and collate relevant research and experience summaries on TCM treatment of bronchial asthma in remission period,to understand TCM’s related knowledge of the disease,medication principles and medication rules,and This will provide clinical TCM doctors with scientific theoretical basis and new TCM keywords.Result:(1)In this study,a total of 261 documents meeting the research standards were included in the study,involving 198 Chinese medicines,76 prescriptions,and 47 pairs of medicines;(2)The top 5 in the distribution of bronchial asthma syndrome types are the syndrome of external cold and internal drinking,phlegm-heat obstructing the lung syndrome,lung and kidney qi deficiency syndrome,lung-spleen qi deficiency syndrome,and phlegm turbidity blocking the lung syndrome,accounting for 30%,25%,and 17 respectively.%,11% and 6%;(3)The top 5 prescriptions for the treatment of bronchial asthma are: Xiaoqinglong Decoction,Dingchuan Decoction,Maxing Ganshi Decoction,Shegan Mahuang Decoction and Yupingfeng Powder,The five prescriptions together account for 49% of the frequency of classic prescriptions;(4)The top 5 Chinese medicines used in the treatment of bronchial asthma are: ephedra,licorice,pinellia,almond and perilla seed;(5)The frequency rankings of the five flavors of traditional Chinese medicine used in the treatment of bronchial asthma are sweet,pungent,bitter,sour,and salty;the frequency rankings of the four qi are warm,hot,cold,and cold;the top five rankings of menstrual return frequency are: Lung Channel,Spleen Channel,Heart Channel,Stomach Channel,Liver Channel;(6)The top five types of traditional Chinese medicines used in the treatment of bronchial asthma are: phlegm and cough and asthma medicine,tonic medicine,anti-surgical medicine,heat-clearing medicine,and dampness medicine;(7)The top five medicines used for the treatment of bronchial asthma are: ephedra-licorice,ephedra-pinellia,ephedra-almond,pinellia-licorice,ephedra-pinellia-licorice.These five drug pairs account for 50% of the frequency of drug pair use.Conclusion:(1)Bronchial asthma is the most common three types of syndromes: the syndrome of external cold and internal drinking,phlegm-heat obstructing lung syndrome,and lung-kidney qi deficiency syndrome.Phlegm drinking and qi deficiency play an extremely important role in the onset of the disease.The dysfunction of the lung,spleen and kidney is the visceral basis of the disease.(2)For the treatment of bronchial asthma,five prescriptions,Xiaoqinglong Decoction,Dingchuan Decoction,Maxing Ganshi Decoction,Shegan Mahuang Decoction and Yupingfeng Powder,are the most widely used.These five prescriptions mainly involve surface relieving agents and Qi regulating agents And tonics,it shows that the treatment of this disease is mainly based on dissemination of the lungs,regulating qi and resolving phlegm,and at the same time tonic,which reflects the treatment thinking of TCM;(3)Ephedra,licorice,pinellia,almonds and perilla seeds are the most frequently used drugs for the treatment of bronchial asthma.The top five types of traditional Chinese medicine used are: phlegm,cough and asthma,tonics,and antiseptic drugs,Heat-clearing medicine,dampness medicine.It shows that resolving phlegm,relieving cough,relieving asthma,and promoting lung and qi are the main therapeutic principles for the treatment of this disease;"treatment of phlegm first cures qi,and qi smooths phlegm and eliminates itself";(4)Sweet,pungent,warm,and hot are the most common flavors of drugs used to treat bronchial asthma.The lung,spleen,heart,stomach,and liver channels are the most common.Chinese medicines are mostly sweet and pungent,and pungent means that the choice of drugs for this disease should be based on divergence,qi and blood circulation;sweetness means that most patients with this disease have deficiency syndrome,so some tonic drugs can be added during treatment;lung meridian and spleen meridian are the most common,Further confirms that phlegm is the main pathological product that induces the disease."The spleen is the source of phlegm,and the lung is the organ of phlegm storage";and the heart meridian is mostly,reflecting the TCM theory of the heart and lungs homology;(5)The five drug pairs of ephedra-licorice,ephedra-pinellia,ephedra-almond,pinellia-licorice,and ephedra-pinellia-licorice are used the most in the treatment of the disease,which reflects that the treatment of the disease should be resolved The table is mainly expectorant,supplemented by nourishing lung qi.
