Purpose:Comparing the difference in curative effect between Ashi points triple puncture and conventional acupuncture method for acute adductor femoris injury, and objectively evaluate the clinical efficacy and safety of Ashi points triple puncture in the treatment of acute adductor femoris injury, providing reference for the treatment ofthis disease and the expansion of the application of triple puncture.method:1.All the observation objects in this study are from the volunteer subjects with acuteadductor femoris injury in Shenyang Physical Education Institute from March 2020 to December 2020.A total of 60 qualified volunteers were included, including 47 males and 13 females,Aged 18-25 years old, were randomly divided into treatment group with30 cases and control group with 30 cases.2.Treatment method: Both the treatment group and the control group adopted extensive muscle relaxation and painful local tendon manipulation as the basic treatment. On the basis of massage therapy, the treatment group adopted the Ashi points triple puncture.A straight needle was taken from the Ashi point at the injured site, and then a straight needle was punctured along the long axis of the injured muscle bundle on both sides of the injured muscle bundle with one oblique needle and three needles. They all pierce the lesion to the depth of the muscle layer. After getting the breath, the needles are intermittently twisted to replenish and relieve, and the needles are retained for 25 minutes. The control group received routine acupuncture at Tiaoguan,Jimen,Yingu,Ququan,Liangqiu, and Xuehai, and kept the needle for 25 minutes after getting qi.The above treatment is once a day,5 days as a course of treatment, and 2 courses of treatment. Those who recover during the treatment can withdraw from the treatment, and the curative effect will be assessed after the treatment is completed.3.Observation indicators: Visual analogue scoring method(VAS),soft tissue injury symptom quantitative scoring standard and swelling degree evaluation results are used as curative effect indicators, evaluated before and after treatment, and recorded various scores for data analysis using SPSS23.0 software.Results:1.A total of 60 standard cases were included in this study. There were no cases falling off in the treatment group and the control group.60 cases were actually completed,30 cases in the treatment group and 30 cases in the control group. The total effective rate of the treatment group was 93.33%,and the total effective rate of the control group was 83.33%.The difference between the total effective rate of the treatment group and the control group was statistically significant(P<0.05),and the total effective rate of the treatment group was higher.2.VAS score: The treatment group decreased from 5.37±1.43 to 1.93±1.26,the control group decreased from 5.33±1.45 to 3.13±1.55;the quantitative score of soft tissue injury symptoms: the treatment group decreased from 16.93±6.03 to 3.80±5.76,and the control group decreased from 16.93±6.03 to 3.80±5.76.17.53±5.89 decreased to 6.73±6.70;swelling degree: the treatment group decreased from 3.31±1.04 to 0.76±0.44,and the control group decreased from 3.53±1.11 to 1.46±0.86.The VAS score, the quantitative score of soft tissue injury symptoms and the degree of swelling were compared in the two groups. Both were significantly reduced before treatment, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01),which proved that the two treatment methods have therapeutic effects on acute adductor femoris injury;3.After the treatment, the VAS score and swelling score of the treatment group decreased more significantly than those of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01);the quantitative score of soft tissue injury symptoms in the treatment group decreased more significantly, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),indicating that the overall treatment effect of the treatment group is better than that of the control group.Conclusion:1.Ashi points triple puncture and conventional acupuncture method are both effective in the clinical treatment of acute adductor femoris injury, which can reduce swelling, dispel blood stasis, relieve pain and restore muscle function.2.Compared with conventional acupuncture method, the Ashi points triple puncture has faster effect, better effect, and better safety for patients with acute adductor femoris pain, swelling, dysfunction and other soft tissue injury symptoms. It is worthy of further clinical research and promotion.
