Based On Data Mining Analysis Of Traditional Chinese Medicine Treatment Of Diabetes Mellitus Complicated With Insomnia Medication Rule

Purpose:The purpose of this study is to study the modern literature on TCM treatment of diabetes mellitus complicated with insomnia in the network database,to explore the medication and prescription rules of TCM treatment of this disease by using the data mining system,to explore the efficacy of potential new prescriptions,and to provide a reference for the clinical treatment of diabetes mellitus complicated with insomnia.Material and method:Retrieve the literature on the treatment of diabetes and insomnia with traditional Chinese medicine in CNKI,Chongqing VIP,using Wanfang.Search the entire database from the time of establishment.In accordance to the inclusion and exclusion criteria,sort out the final literature obtained after screening,and extract the name of the article,first author,publication time,prescription name,corresponding drug composition etc.Set up a database in Excel form,upload it to the TCM Inheritance Auxiliary System(V2.5),and perform the medication frequency,drug category and taste of the uploaded data After analysis,through systematic association rule analysis and entropy clustering analysis,it is concluded that the drug combination and the new prescription combination are used more frequently,and the above results are analyzed and a conclusion is drawn.Results:A total of 113 articles were finally included in this study.There were 31 drugs with a frequency of 12 times or more.Jujube seed,coptis,salvia,licorice,and schisandra were used more frequently.The four qi of traditional Chinese medicine is mainly cold,and the five flavors account for the largest proportion of sweet medicines,and the medicines mostly return to the heart,liver and spleen meridian.According to the association rule analysis method,it is concluded that the combination of the four medicines,such as Suanzaoren and Shouwu vine,the participation of Suanzaoren,the participation of Suanzaoren and Schisandra,and the combination of Suanzaoren and Schisandra,is more frequent.According to the entropy cluster analysis method,10 core drug combinations and 10 potential new prescriptions were obtained.Conclusion:1.The core drugs for the treatment of diabetes and insomnia are wild jujube seed,coptis,danshen,licorice,schisandra,etc.The main treatment method for this disease is to nourish yin and clear heat,and regulate yin and yang.2.The drugs are mostly home to the heart and liver meridian.Therefore,it is believed that diabetes and insomnia are located in the heart and liver.The clinical treatment of this disease is mostly from the heart and liver.3.The treatment of this disease is mostly cold medicine,which has the effect of nourishing yin and clearing away heat,which is in line with the basic pathogenesis of yang and yin deficiency.4.Through the drug-testing method,ten potential new prescriptions can be used to treat diabetes with insomnia with Yang Sheng Yin deficiency combined with liver depression,blood stasis,phlegm and blood stasis,damp-heat and other syndromes of deficiency and excess,which are the clinical "differentiation and selection of prescriptions and symptoms. "Medication" provides new methods and new ideas.
