Research On The Prescription And Medication Rules Of Hyperlipidemia From The Perspective Of Spleen And Stomach Based On Data Mining

Purpose: Explore the prescriptions for the treatment of dyslipidemia from the spleen and stomach.Material and method: Retrieve the relevant literature data from the spleen and stomach theory and treatment of dyslipidemia in the network database in the past 30 years,extract the clinical prescriptions that meet the requirements,and establish the database.Borrow the Chinese medicine auxiliary platform(V2.5)for data mining,association rules and entropy clustering algorithm analysis.The frequency of prescription drugs used,the core drug pair combination and the new prescription drug combination will be obtained.Organize and analyze the results.Results: 122 prescriptions were obtained,including 137 traditional Chinese medicines,and the cumulative frequency of use was 1276.The top 10 drugs in the frequency of drug use are: Hawthorn,Alisma,Salvia,Poria,Atractylodes,Pinellia,Tangerine Peel,Polygonum multiflorum,Astragalus,Cassia;The four-qi use of drugs is ranked as warm(561 times)and cold(316 times)),flat(263 times),cool(82 times),hot(7 times);ranking of five flavors: sweet(796 times),bitter(534 times),pungent(353 times),sour(132 times),salty(62 times),astringent(50 times);the meridian use of the drugs are: spleen,liver,stomach,lung,kidney,heart,bladder meridian,large intestine meridian,pericardium meridian,gall bladder meridian,small intestine meridian,triple jiao meridian;get related drugs Combinations:(1)Alisma,Hawthorn;(2)Salvia,Alisma;(3)Salvia,Alisma,(4)Salvia,Alisma,Hawthorn;(5)Poria,Hawthorn;(6)Poria,Alisma;(7)Atractylodes,Hawthorn;(8)Atractylodes,Alisma;(9)Atractylodes,Poria;(10)Poria,Alisma,Crataegus;New prescriptions total 9 groups: Polyporus umbellatus?guizhi?black plum?turmeric;(2)Polygonum multiflorum?Mulberry parasitic?Ligustrum lucidum?Chinese wolfberry;(3)Polygonum multiflorum?cassia?licorice?Codonopsis;(4)Plantago?Panthera chinensis?Panthera chinensis?Smilax glabra?Peach kernel?Iris calamus;(5)White peony?Yinchen?Black plum?Fructus Aurantii?Central Fuchsia;(6)Shenqu?Gynostemma?Sophorae?Astragalus?Atractylodes;(7)Poria cocos?Angelica?Ophiopogon?Astragalus;(8)Polygonum cuspidatum?Muskum?Boziren?Aconite;(9)Alisa sylvestris?Danshen?Hawthorn?HoupuConclusion: Prescription drugs are mostly used in combination with spleen,liver,spleen and stomach drugs,which is in line with the basic pathogenesis of spleen deficiency and loss of blood lipids.The research found that the new prescription still focuses on invigorating the spleen,but at the same time taking into account the use of drugs for removing blood stasis,phlegm,and qi stagnation.It has certain value for clinical treatment of dyslipidemia.
