Research On The Medication Rules Of Traditional Chinese Medicine Compound In The Treatment Of Children's Asthma In Remission Based On Data Mining

Purpose:By searching the literature on the treatment of children’s asthma in remission by TCM compound in recent 25 years in several databases,and using relevant data mining methods,this paper summarizes the medication rules of modern doctors in the treatment of children’s asthma in remission,and provides some theoretical basis and thinking reference for modern medicine in the treatment of children’s asthma in remission.Material and method:1.Select literatures on TCM compound therapy for children with asthma in remission from CNKI,Wanfang and VIP databases during 1995-2020,select,include and exclude the literatures,and establish an effective database.2.The effective prescriptions and composition of drugs in the literature were sorted out.3.Statistical software Excel 2010,TCM inheritance assistant platform,SPSS24.0 were used to analyze the frequency and frequency of the drugs in the prescription,and on this basis,data analysis was conducted on the types,four properties,five flavors and meridian modification of traditional Chinese medicine.4.Cluster analysis was carried out on high-frequency traditional Chinese medicine and its types,association rule analysis was carried out on all involved drugs,and commonly used high-frequency drug combinations were summarized.5.Based on the modern pharmacological action of traditional Chinese medicine,the distribution of the mechanism of action of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of children asthma in remission is analyzed.Results:1.Kinds of sexual flavour to the law.In the literature on the treatment of children with asthma in remission,a total of 317 prescriptions were selected,involving 201 TCM ingredients,48 of which were higher than the average frequency.In the high-frequency analysis of traditional Chinese medicine,the most frequently used drugs were Qi tonifying drugs,followed by Yang tonifying drugs,hydrating and moistening drugs,diverging cold drugs,cough and antiasthmatic drugs.The most commonly used drugs were Astragalus membranaceus,accounting for 65.61% of the prescription,followed by Atractylodes Atractylodes,Licorice,Poria cocos,Tangerine Peel,Schisandra Fructus,Paraffinaria,Pinellia Pinellia,etc.According to the statistics of the nature and taste of high-frequency traditional Chinese medicine,the four qi are mainly warm,and the order from high to low is warm,flat,slightly cold,slightly warm,slightly cold,cold,cold,cold and severe cold.The five flavors were sweet,spicy and bitter,and the distribution order was sweet,spicy,bitter,slightly bitter,sour and salty.drugs to the analysis showed mainly in lung,spleen and the kidney,the top five in turn for lung,spleen,kidney,heart sutra,and stomach.2.associated with clustering,find its characteristics.Cluster rule analysis was carried out on the high-frequency drugs in the asthma compound for children in remission period.One class of drugs was Astragalus membranaceus,Atractylodonis atractylodonis,Tuckahoe,Licorice,Codonopsis codonopsis,etc.,which were classified as beneficial to lung and spleen.The second category is Epimedium,Psoralea,Chinese wolfberry,etc.,classified as kidney-nourishing Yang kidney-yin class;The third category is ephedra,almond,Perilla seed and Draba nemorosa,which are expectorant and antiasthma.The fourth category is Chuanxiong,Salvia miltiorrhiza,peach kernel and so on.The fifth category is Ziheqi,Gecklesia and Ginseng,which embody the therapeutic methods of tonifying lung,invigorating spleen and tonifying kidney,relieving asthma and promoting blood circulation to remove blood stasis.Through high-frequency drug association rule analysis,the results showed that Astragalus-Atractylodes membranaceus(48.90%),Astragalus-Radix Astragalus and Licorice(33.12%),Atractylodes-Rhizoma tangerine peel(23.70%),Licorice and Tuckia cocos(23.70%)ranked first in the two,three and four combinations of drugs,respectively.The above drug combinations were mainly used to tonify the lungs and spleen.Moreover,the frequency of the combination of tangerine peels-Pinellia pinellia,tangerine peels-Pinellia pinellia and Poria cocoa was also very high,with the support degree of 29.97%and 25.24%,respectively,ranking in the front,which reflected the method of invigorating the spleen and removing phlegm.3.Combined with pharmacological evidence,modern medication trend.Based on pharmacology,the efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of children with asthma in remission period was analyzed.The frequency of anti-allergic drugs and immune-enhancing drugs was higher,accounting for 23.58% and 22.76% of the total frequency.Anti-allergic drugs included Ophiopogon ophiopogonis,poria cocos,Atractylodonis,etc.,while immune-enhancing drugs included Astragalus membranaceus,Schisandra chinensis,Epimedium,etc.The second is anti-inflammatory drugs,expectorant drugs,cough drugs and asthma drugs.Conclusion:1.Based on the data mining of prescriptions in the literature,the commonly used drugs for treating children with asthma in remission include Astragalus membranaceus,Atractylodonis atractylodonis,Licorice,Poria cocos,Tangerine Peel,Schisandra chinensis and Pinellia pinelliae.In the literature prescriptions,tonifying drugs,invigorating the spleen and moistening the spleen,warming drugs,sweet drugs,and drugs for the passage of the lung,spleen and kidney are mostly used to treat children with asthma in remission period.It is appropriate to invigorate the lung,invigorate the spleen and invigorate the kidney,with the addition of reducing phlegm and relieving asthma,promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis.2.Based on cluster association analysis,Yupingfeng Powder and Shenling Baizhu Powder are commonly used as the basis for the treatment of children with asthma in remission to nourish the lung,invigorate the spleen and invigorate the kidney.Expel phlegm and promote blood circulation to treat its standard,dry and wet phlegm with tangerine peel and Pinelliae pinelliae,Salvia miltiorrhiza and peach kernel to remove blood stasis.3.Based on the pharmacological analysis of the traditional Chinese medicines for the treatment of children with asthma in remission,the traditional Chinese medicines that enhance immunity are mostly effective in tonifying the lung,strengthening the spleen,and nourishing the kidney and Yin and Yang,and the use of traditional Chinese medicines that enhance immunity has become the trend of modern doctors in the treatment of children with asthma in remission.
