Based On Data Mining, The Research Of Professor Pang Min's Medication Rule In The Treatment Of Heart Palpitations

Purpose:This article adopts retrospective research,uses the traditional Chinese medicine inheritance auxiliary platform(V2.5),summarizes the medication rule of the tutor Professor Pang Min to treat heart palpitations,collects,sorts,and summarizes the patient’s condition,and then uses mature computer technology for data mining,Break the traditional and single subjective thinking,dig out Professor Pang Min’s medication rules and clinical experience in the treatment process,explore the dominant and implicit rules in the prescription characteristics,obtain true and accurate data,and provide the tutor’s academic thinking It is supported by objective and strong data.Material and method:This article selected 94 clinical patients who met the inclusion and exclusion criteria who were in the outpatient clinic of the National Medical Office of the Second Affiliated Hospital of Liaoning University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2014 to December 2019.The medical records were standardized and summarized,and the medical records were standardized and entered into the Chinese Medicine Genetic Assist Platform(V2.5),and a clinical medical record database of Professor Pang Min’s treatment of the heart was established.The platform’s conventional statistical methods,text mining and association rules mining target medical records.Results:1.General situation: the age range of the 94 patients included was 14-83 years old,the oldest was 83 years old,the youngest was 16 years old,the range was 67,and the average age was 48.21 years.The age of the patients was mainly 41-50 years old(29 %)and 51-60years(22%),there were more female patients(55 cases)than male patients(39 cases).2.Syndrome types: Divided into 7 types: 3 cases of heart deficiency and timidity,15 cases of heart and blood deficiency,27 cases of deficiency of both qi and yin,21 cases of heart stasis type,9 cases of heart-yang deficiency,water There were 3 cases of drinking Ling heart type and 16 cases of phlegm-fire disturbing heart type.Mainly focus on two types of syndromes: insufficient heart blood and blood stasis.3.Commonly used drugs: 318 prescriptions from visiting patients are included,including197 traditional Chinese medicines,a total of 6,077 flavors,52 flavors of traditional Chinese medicines with a frequency of more than 30 times,namely : Ophiopogon,Codonopsis,Radix Rehmanniae,Roasted Licorice,Keel,Oyster,Schisandra,Angelica,Guizhi,Salvia,Bupleurum,Astragalus,Jujube Seed,Poria,Ligusticum Chuanxiong,Coptis,Peach Seed,Polygala,Red Peony,Safflower,Atractylodes,Tangerine Peel,Fructus Aurantii,Scutellaria,Pueraria lobata,White Peony,Turmeric,platycodon,dogwood,lily,hyssop,Shouwu vine,cypress seed,mulberry parasitic,aconite,melon,Polygonatum,scorpion,pinellia,divine song,dried ginger,amomum,magnolia,asarum,stone Acorus,Gansong,Gardenia,Scrophulariaceae,Psoralen,Hemp Seed,Qianghuo,Fangfeng(see Table 2),a total of 4724 flavors,accounting for 77.74%.4.The four qi and five flavors of the medicine: the four qi are mainly warm,cold,and calming medicines,37% warming medicines,34% cold medicines,25% calming medicines,cooling medicines 3%,and hot medicines 1 %.The five flavors are mainly sweet,bitter and pungent,with 35% sweet,27% bitter,23% pungent,7% sour,4%salty,and 4% astringent.The return channel is mainly distributed in the heart channel,liver channel and spleen channel.5.High-frequency medicine pairs: Among the 318 prescriptions,there are 27 groups of Chinese medicine pairs that appear more than or equal to 140 times.These 27 groups of medicine pairs are the most frequently used prescriptions for the treatment of palpitations by Professor Pang Min.,Oyster;Ophiopogon,Schisandra;Ophiopogon japonicus,Codonopsis;Ophiopogon japonicus,Rehmannia glutinosa;Rehmannia glutinosa,keel;Ophiopogon japonicus,keel;Roasted licorice,keel;Roasted licorice,oyster;Codonopsis,Schisandra;Roasted common,and the five flavors have the highest proportion of sweetness.;For patients with deficiency of both qi and yin,the commonly used drugs are: Ophiopogon,Codonopsis,Zhigancao,Rehmannia glutinosa,etc.;for patients with blood stasis,the commonly used drugs are:Danshen,peach kernel,safflower,etc.2.Professor Pang Min’s medication for treating heart palpitations,Ophiopogon is the most frequently used,and Codonopsis,Radix Rehmanniae,Roasted Licorice,Keel,Oyster,Schisandra,Angelica,Guizhi,Danshen,Bupleurum,Astragalus,Sour Date Seed are also used For commonly used drugs;Among the medicine pairs used,keel-oyster has the highest frequency,and Ophiopogon-Schisandra,Ophiopogon-Codonopsis,Ophiopogon-Rehmannia glutinosa,Rehmannia-keel,Ophiopogon-keel,and Rehmannia-oyster are also
