Development And Testing Of Military Basic Physical Fitness Targeted Training Programs From The Perspective Of Sports Injury Prevention And Control

Research purposes:Based on the perspective of sports injury prevention and control,in order to improve the basic physical fitness of military cadets,this study developed a targeted military basic physical fitness training program,and used randomized controlled experiments to verify the effectiveness of the program,in order to enrich the military basic physical training system.Research methods:in this study,201 students of grade 2019 in a military academy of China were selected as the experimental subjects,and the basic military physical examination and functional movement screening(FMS)were carried out.The multiple regression analysis was used to explore the scores of each test movement of FMS,identify the internal relationship between the physical examination results and the potential risk of sports injury,and based on this,the targeted sports training program was formulated.In addition,according to the test results,40 people with high risk of sports injury(FMS<16 points)were selected.The subjects were randomly divided into experimental group and control group(20 people in each group).The experimental group was intervened for eight weeks according to the targeted training plan,while the control group was trained according to the original training plan of the school.Both groups received 8 weeks of training,5 times a week,70 minutes each time.The effectiveness of the targeted training program was tested by the results of military basic physical fitness assessment(BMI,3km running time,times of pull-up,times of abdominal roll,times of horizontal bar roll and 30 m x 2 turn back running time)and the situation of sports injury after training.SPSS 25.0 statistical software was used to analyze and process the experimental data.Single factor analysis of covariance was used to explore the differences between the two groups after the experiment with the pretest data as covariates.Paired sample t-test was used to explore the differences between the two groups before and after the experiment.Research results:1)using multiple regression analysis to explore the correlation between FMS test action score and military basic physical fitness,the formula y=314.726+9.093X1+32.136X5-43.836X6+43.123X7,The results showed that there was a high correlation between the top squat,hurdle step,supine active straight knee leg raising,trunk stability push up,rotation stability test and the total score of physical examination.Combined with the formula and based on the perspective of sports injury prevention and control,a set of targeted military basic physical training program was developed.2)after eight weeks of randomized controlled intervention experiment,the experimental group was in the pull-up(11.2±3.3 before the experiment,14.5±2.8 after the experiment),curling(78.9±12.7 before the experiment,84.0±11.7 after the experiment),The test scores of the horizontal bar roll(2.5±1.2 before the experiment,5.0±1.5 after the experiment)and 30 ?×2 reentry running(19.3±0.6 seconds before the experiment,18.9±0.4 seconds after the experiment)have been significantly improved,showing significance The difference within the group(p<.05),there was no significantdifference between the BMI and the 3km running test before and after the test.There are no significant differences within the control group before and after each test experiment;3)after the intervention,the experimental group and the control group in pull-up(F(1,40)=18.72,partial?2=.34),horizontal bar roll up(f(1,40)=14.19,partial?2=.23),abdominal roll up(f(1,40)=5.97,partial?2=.08)and 30 × 2 turn back running(f(1,40)=14.19,partial?2=.23),40)=5.97,partial?2=.14)there were significant differences between groups in the physical examination test(p<.05),and the improvement effect of the experimental group in the above test items was more significant;4)there were no sports injury cases in the experimental group,and the injury rate was 0.Six sports injuries occurred in the control group during the training,and the injury rate was 30%.After analyzing the data before and after the experiment,the physical fitness of the experimental group was significantly improved,and the effect of sports injury prevention was significantly improved.Research conclusions:1)the targeted training program designed for this study can effectively improve the performance of military cadets in abdominal roll,horizontal bar roll,30 × 2 turn back run,pull-up and other sports,but the effect of 3km running is not obvious,and the effect of military basic physical examination is obviously better than the traditional training program;2)the targeted training program designed for this study can effectively improve the performance of military cadets Sexual training program can effectively reduce the probability of sports injury in training,and the effect of sports injury prevention is better than the traditional military training program.
