Research On The Problems And Countermeasures Of My Country's Immunization Program

Since the founding of new China,the Party and the state have attached great importance to and carried out a series of work to improve people’s living and health conditions and physical health.From eradication to emergency vaccination against COVID-19,national immunization programmes are working around the immediate needs of the population.With the institutional advantage of "concentrating resources to accomplish major tasks",domestic production and life gradually returned to normal.The emergency vaccination of COVID-19 vaccine is related to the success or failure of the construction of the immune barrier against the Novel Coronavirus,and it also poses a severe test to the implementation of the national immunization programme.In the context of the COVID-19 pandemic,strengthening public service research in national immunization programmes can help solve problems in vaccination,a basic health service.After the review and analysis of domestic scholars’ studies on the whole process of vaccines,especially after the problematic vaccine incident,many scholars put forward suggestions on the treatment of vaccine vaccination and carried out studies from different perspectives,but there is still insufficient to focus on immunization planning and public service.In view of this,we try to apply public policy theory to analyze national immunization program and define the concept of national immunization program.According to the public goods theory analysis of COVID-19 vaccines,COVID-19 vaccines are listed as public goods,so that the vaccination of COVID-19 vaccines can be divided into national immunization plans for unified research.On this basis,through the visit to a community hospital in Chongqing,J district market supervision administration and other units,and based on the different hierarchical structure of vaccination service,the current situation of immunization planning service was investigated,and the main problems and causes were analyzed,so as to point out the problems existing in China’s immunization planning.First,there is a lack of synergy between top-level design and layered rule of law.Second,there is a big gap between the immunization program and developed countries because the number of people served by vaccines is narrow.Third,the grass-roots vaccine regulatory capacity is insufficient,the number and quality of vaccine regulatory personnel can not fully meet the regulatory needs.The reasons lie in the weak foundation of the domestic vaccine industry,the weakening of the supervision ability of segmental and hierarchical supervision,and the insufficient participation of social forces.Finally,suggestions for improving national immunization planning were put forward from the aspects of connecting the top-level design with the hierarchical docking,strengthening the foundation of vaccine industry,and changing the mode of strong government approval and weak supervision.
