Owning physical forms and intangible cultural heritages that is defined as the traditional villages which are provided with high historical value,cultural value,scientific value,artistic value,social value,economic value.Against the high speed urbanization background,stable traditional villages have encountered huge impacts.From the perspective of cultural landscape transformation,we can gain experience during the process of cultural landscape change.Such conduct is an effective way to explore the sustainable development of traditional villages.It is meeting the demand of the residents who live in traditional villages and also fitting the rural revitalization strategy which is helpful to the traditional villages development in less-developed regions of China.The traditional villages are in dynamic development all the time.The cultural landscape reflects the human land interaction process.People can understand the history of traditional villages deeply through this study which is instrumental in perspective extending of the traditional villages.First,the paper analyzed the related concepts which contained cultural landscape and its transformation.Based on concept analysis,this paper divides the cultural landscape into reforming landscape and construction landscape in accordance with the impact of human activities on the natural landscape.The transformation process of cultural landscape can be understood as the process that three types of mutual transformation.This transformation process has affected by three factors that consist of natural base,endogenous dynamics and exogenous power.the cultural transformation is the result of many factors.Second,the paper takes Longtan Village in Northeast Guizhou for example.And uses the historical documents,archaeological data,interview data,field investigation and remote sensing image.This process is divided into three periods.Chapter three has analyzed the dynamic mechanism of the cultural landscape transformation of Longtan Village.In the period of smallholder economy,the endogenous dynamics has played a leading role in the village cultural landscape transformation.In the collective economy,the exogenous power has increased in dominance.In the period of reform and opening-up,the exogenous power turned into the main power in the cultural landscape transformation of Longtan Village,and the policy factors were very useful which made the transformation quickly and violently.The cultural landscape transformation of Longtan Village in the above three periods has embodied the process of man land relationship changing from balance to unbalance and then to relative balance.Last,using spatial syntactic tools and investigating,the axis maps of 1971 and 2019 are analyzed in the paper.Later,the article found that there are many problems in Longtan Village,such as the contact with the outside world little,the internal contact poorly and the hollow village seriously.To realize the sustainable development of villages,the key is to coordinate the relationship between people and nature.In the last,the article puts forward the following three suggestions:First,people must attach great importance to the endogenous dynamics of the cultural landscape transformation,and put the exogenous power as the controlling factors of the village development.Second,the existing resources of villages should be used.Various rural industries can be vigorously developed such as the sightseeing agriculture.In addition,how to narrow the gap between the core and fringe areas of villages should not be ignored.The third,people can improve the quality of tourism service to enhance tourism competitiveness of Longtan Village.
