| In In the development history of modern rural education in China,Guizhou rural education after the outbreak of the Anti Japanese War played a role in the historical mission of national education,national education,basic education,rural construction and made contributions to the Anti Japanese war.Guizhou Rural Education in this period ushered in the prosperity and development in the history of education,its special way of development has a profound impact on contemporary Guizhou Education.In the period of Anti Japanese War,in addition to the particularity of history,the subjective initiative of educational objects plays a decisive role in the development of rural education in Guizhou.Therefore,this paper analyzes the role of the national government in promoting rural education through the formulation of practical policies and the establishment of rural education system,combined with the practice of supporting the Anti Japanese War,and analyzes the role of social groups and individuals in promoting rural education.On this basis,it summarizes the experience and deficiency of the development of rural education in Guizhou during the Anti Japanese War,in order to find the enlightenment suitable for the development of contemporary rural education in Guizhou.This paper consists of six parts: the preface aims to introduce the academic value and research significance of Guizhou rural education during the Anti Japanese War through the definition of related concepts and the description of the research status at home and abroad.The second chapter introduces the rural education experiments and outstanding rural education thoughts that were concerned in the 1920 s and1930s,which laid the theoretical and historical foundation for Guizhou rural education during the Anti Japanese war.The third chapter mainly analyzes the main problems faced in the history of rural education development,which paves the way for the comparison between the following comprehensive anti Japanese War rural education problems and the current rural education problems that have existed for a long time as historical legacy problems.In the fourth chapter,the national government’s policies and measures at the national level and the main body’s supplement and improvement to the rural education operation system are comprehensively investigated.The school district system and educational visual guidance level management formed by the policies issued by the government standardize the management mechanism,facilitatemanagement,and give individuals and groups the opportunity to participate in rural education reform.The fifth chapter summarizes the experience with the characteristics of the times and regions by analyzing the successful methods of training talents in support of the Anti Japanese war in the special historical period,and then grasps the development track of rural education in Guizhou and summarizes the enlightenment for the contemporary era by mining the shortcomings in the previous reform and innovation measures and combining the same difficulties faced by the contemporary rural education in Guizhou.The conclusion part affirms the measures taken by the national government to promote the rural education in Guizhou,and puts forward the viewpoint that this paper wants to explore deeply but has insufficient ability,and gives the author’s viewpoint on the possible outstanding problems and solutions in the future rural education in Guizhou. |
