In order to meet the psychological needs of different users for national pattern de sign and improve the scientificity and basis of traditional pattern design,In this study,a reuse design method of ethnic patterns based on user image and shape grammar is proposed,and the research is carried out from four aspects: user intention mining,gr aphic pattern optimization algorithm,improved shape grammar and the construction of ethnic pattern reuse design system:(1)Collaborative filtering algorithm is introduced into national handicraft recomme ndation.When obtaining user preference information in the process of national handicr aft recommendation,a single user needs to carry out human-computer interaction many times,resulting in fatigue,and at the same time,the hidden intention of the user is obtained.In addition,an improved collaborative filtering algorithm based on user and gradient descent is proposed for small-scale recommendation behaviors such as ethnic handicrafts.(2)Neural network and genetic algorithm are applied to the reuse design of natio nal pattern configuration framework.Taking batik pattern as an example,the pattern c onfiguration frame is split,a mathematical model is established,BP neural network an d genetic algorithm are used to optimize the configuration frame data,and the frame i s reconstructed according to the optimization results.Combined with topological config uration,a large number of pattern groups are generated.(3)Aiming at the low abstraction degree of traditional shape grammar in reuse d esign of national patterns,a method based on the combination of improved shape gra mmar and optimization algorithm is proposed to reuse design of national patterns.An improved shape grammar based on predicate grammar coding is proposed to characteri ze the transformation process of pattern reuse design in batik patterns.Then,the num ber of patterns arranged at a specific position is taken as the optimization variable,and the particle swarm optimization algorithm is used to optimize the variables,thus obt aining the optimized predicate shape grammar parameters,and reusing the patterns acc ording to the optimization parameters.(4)According to the above pattern reuse design method,a pattern reuse system f or national pattern design is developed to achieve the purpose of rapid pattern reuse d esign and greatly shorten the composition time of designers.
