An Analysis Of The Precise Supply Of Rural Public Cultural Services In My Country

With the rapid development of China's rural economy and society,the material living standard of the rural people has been greatly improved,at the same time,the spiritual and cultural life also has a higher pursuit.China's rural public cultural service supply is an important part of the national public cultural service security system.Under the background of vigorously promoting the Rural Revitalization Strategy,how to fully meet the real public cultural needs of rural people has become an important problem to be solved.In order to actively promote the development of precision supply of rural public cultural services in China,this paper emphasizes the importance and urgency of precision construction of rural public cultural services,and uses the methods of literature research,questionnaire survey and theoretical analysis to learn from and absorb the rural governance theory We need hierarchy theory and public goods theory to enrich the theory of accurate supply of rural public cultural services,and elaborate its content and supply requirements.In addition,this paper also collected a wide range of representative information on the construction of public cultural services in three rural areas,and conducted a questionnaire survey on the three rural areas.Combined with the economic and cultural development background of the three rural areas,this paper systematically analyzed the supply status of public cultural services in the three rural areas based on the supply system constructed in this paper,This paper summarizes some main problems in the accurate supply of rural public cultural services in China,including inaccurate demand identification,nonstandard management process,imperfect evaluation process and inadequate supervision and implementation.The main reasons are the single supply subject,the mismatch between supply and demand,the differentiation of urban and rural public cultural services supply,and the unequal distribution of rural talents.Therefore,in view of the common problems existing in the accurate supply of rural public cultural services in China,this paper puts forward effective countermeasures,which are mainly to implement the diversification of supply subjects,comprehensively strengthen the matching degree of supply content,unify the supply system of urban and rural public cultural services,strengthen the coordination of supply content,and promote the integration of urban and rural public cultural services To provide high-quality talents for rural areas and other measures to improve the construction of accurate supply of rural public cultural services in China.This can not only effectively improve the dominant position of the rural people themselves,but also greatly promote the progress of rural economy,culture and other aspects,promote the development of China's rural characteristic culture,and further improve China's cultural soft power.
