Blue light refers to the visible light with a wavelength of 380?500nm,and its visual representation is generally blue and indigo.Human eyes receive blue light information through visual pathways and non-visual pathways, and the corresponding impacts mainly include blue light hazards and the non-visual biological effects of blue light.Non-visual biological effects include effects on rhythm, mood and cognition, and are also closely related to human attention-related processes. With the popularization of electronic devices and the arrival of the intelligent era, people spend more time on screen work, while most of the screens have LED illuminant, which contains a lot of blue light. The concepts of blue light and blue light prevention have gradually become a hot topic in the society. There are many current researches on the overall impact of blue light on non-visual functions. However,in view of the numerous non-visual pathways and complex influencing factors, the functional significance of many non-visual pathways has not been clarified yet.Existing studies have shown that blue light can improve people's attention-related abilities. This paper also focuses on this research and attempts to give a blue light design idea for highvigilance screens.Based on this, two experiments were conducted in this paper.Experiment 1explored the effects of screen blue light on sustained attention and subjective alertness, and Study2 explored the effects of screen blue light on attention network and its electrophysiological mechanism. In Experiment 1,the effects of screen blue light on sustained attention and subjective alertness were investigated.Six blue light levels(0%,20%,40%,60%,80%,100%)were selected as independent variables, and response time of psychomotor vigilance test and Karolinska scale score were used as dependent variables. The results showed that the higher the blue light level of the screen, the faster the participants' response time on the psychomotor vigilance test, and the lower the score of the Carolinska scale, which showed the improvement of sustained attention ability and subjective alertness.Experiment 2 explored the effect of screen blue light on attention network and its electrophysiological mechanism.According to Experiment 1,0%,50% and 100% blue light levels were selected as independent variables to investigate the efficiency differences of vigilance, orientation and execution of attention network test and its electrophysiological mechanism between different screen blue light levels. The results showed that the blue light level of the screen had a significant effect on the efficiency of alertness and directional network, and the higher the blue light level of the screen, the higher the efficiency of alertness and directional network.EEG results showed that a low level of blue light on the screen would induce a higher P1 amplitude, which required more psychological resource injection.A high level of blue light on the screen would also advance the incubation period of P3,which represented a higher level of alertness.
