Chang'an Ancient Music Is Still Changing Branches And New Shoots

As an excellent traditional Chinese musical instrument,Ruan has been developed and improved over the centuries,eventually becoming a musical treasure of the Chinese nation with its perfect instrument structure and a large number of excellent representative works.In the 1980 s and 1990 s,the Xi’an Conservatory of Music,with its own strengths,combined with the long history of Chang’an ancient music to specialise in ethnic compositions,and over the past thirty years many achievements have been made,among which the Twenty Ruan Songs in the Chang’an Ancient Style composed by Mr.Ning Yong is a representative work of the Chang’an ancient music style of Ruan.In this article,we take the twenty compositions of Mr.Ning Yong as the basis for our study,and finally select the representative composition of Chang’an Ancient Music,"Lan Guan Xue",as the object of our study,and analyse the Chinese Ruan Concerto "Lan Guan Xue" through a progressive structure of four chapters,specifically the overview of the piece in Chapter1.The analysis of the artistic features in Chapter 2 is a discussion of the structure and musical characteristics of the piece,using compositional techniques and musicological research methods to prepare the ground for the performance analysis in the following chapter.The fourth chapter concludes the analysis of the whole text,summarising and enlightening the sublimation of the composition of the Chinese Ruan.Through the study of the zhongyuan concerto ’Lan Guan Xue’,the author hopes to serve as a catalyst for the promotion and propagation of Chang’an ancient music style works and Mr.Ning Yong’s works.
