Flower sticks,also known as lianxiang sticks,money sticks,and overlords' whips,are percussion Musical Instruments of Han,Manchu,Bai,Miao,Yi,Tujia and other ethnic groups.They are popular all over the country.Due to its own characteristics and unique value function,the flower stick dance has hundreds of names,which is a rare art form in the country and is worthy of in-depth research.It has a history of more than 200 years.It is named after the "flower sticks",the prop used in the dance.It is a kind of folk dance that combines hardness and softenness,and is flexible and stretchable.The "flower stick" is made of bamboo poles about one meter long,with several iron shafts embedded in the middle,each of which is fitted with 13 or14 copper coins.In the process of dancing,it is used to beat all parts of the body to produce the sound of "sand" and "sand".Therefore,it is also called "sa la ji zi".This paper takes the cudgel dance in south of Shandong as the research object,using the fieldwork method in anthropology and some research methods in dance ecology to study the cudgel dance in south of Shandong in many aspects.Combing its origin of living environment and development,the art form and cultural connotation,and the survival status.The full text consists of the introduction and four chapters.Introduction including selected topic reason and the significance,the domestic and foreign research present situation and trend,thesis research methods and innovation points in three parts.The first chapter is an overview of the flower stick dance and Lunan flower stick dance.Firstly,according to folklore and various ancient documents,the history of the folk dance flower stick dance is combed,the origin and development of the flower stick dance are discussed,and the functional changes of the flower stick dance at the present stage are further explored.Secondly,through consulting literature and field visits,this paper describes the natural and humanistic environment for the survival of southern Shandong flower stick dance.Finally,return to the inheritance and development of southern Shandong flower stick dance.The second chapter uses the typical dance domain extraction method in dance ecology to refine the movements,and expounds the props,costumes,music,performance forms and other aspects of the southern Shandong flower stick dance,so as to analyze its artistic style.The third chapter studies the cultural connotation of southern Shandong Province,and reflects the spiritual culture of southern Shandong Province through many details of southern Shandong flower stick dance.In the last chapter,we pay attention to the stick dance in southern Shandong from the perspective of inheritance and protection.First,we analyze its living situation from various aspects.Secondly,we accurately recognize its inheritance value.Finally,according to the actual situation,we give appropriate suggestions on the inheritance and protection methods of the stick dance in southern Shandong.Although Lunan flower stick dance is a municipal intangible cultural heritage project,there is still a lot of room for the study of its noumacy and related contents.In order to further explore the character,quality,living environment and cultural atmosphere of the people in Zaozhuang and even in the south of Shandong Province,this paper takes the cudgle-dancing in southern Shandong Province as the research object.
