Audit management has an important role in the political and economic operation of our country, and a reasonable audit system is the key to the smooth conduct of audits and the achievement of organizational management goals. In this report, concerns with the translation of the first three chapters of the academic paper Modelling the MicroFoundations of the Audit Society: Organization and the Logic of the Audit Trail are translated into Chinese. This academic paper was published in the Q1 section of a business journal and has high academic and research value. The source text is logical and has a large number of specialized vocabulary,so it is necessary to use the method of addition and word-meaning conversion to deal with the difficult translation point of specialized vocabulary. The phrases are translated by the addition method and the derivation method is used to translate the parallelism phrases that appear as many as 70 times in the original text.A macro comparison of the sentence structure of the original text and the translated text is made to summarize the differences between the Chinese and Western language structures and how these differences should be properly handled in the translation process. In terms of part of speech articulation,we analyze the linking words and the recurrence relationship of the part of speech appearing in the text, and summarize the translation methods of part of speech articulation. This report can provide reference for the study of audit management theory and also for the practice of similar texts.
