Research On The Bronze Bell Of "Xuanhe Bogutu"

As a representative work of epigraphy in the Song Dynasty,Xuanhe Bogu Tu was compiled by Wang Fu and others.It has high academic value.The artifacts recorded in "Xuanhe Bogu Tu" include 153 musical instruments.Among them,117 bronze bells,4 qing,19 zheng,9 duo,2 cymbals are important historical materials for the study of musical archaeology and Chinese music history.Based on the research field of ancient Chinese music history,this paper takes the historical data of bronze bells recorded in Xuanhe Bogu as the research object.Through the classification and data conversion of 117 bell instruments,the inscription,shape and decoration of recorded bell instruments were interpreted.By comparison with the Qing Dynasty Xiqing Ancient Jian,This paper analyzes the changes of bronze bell musical instruments,explores the influence of the restoration of ritual music through the imitation of Song Dynasty bell instruments,and discusses the literature value of Xuanhe Bogu Tu on ancient musical instruments research and its interaction with music archaeology.
