Research On The Paradigm Shift In The Cultural Construction Of The Communist Party Of China

The "Proposal of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China on Formulating the 14th Five-Year Plan for National Economic and Social Development and the Visionary Goals for 2035",which was adopted by the Fifth Plenary Session of the 19th CPC Central Committee,points out that by 2035,a strong cultural country will be built,the quality of the nation and the level of social civilization will reach a new height,and the national cultural soft power will be significantly enhanced.This means that on the new journey of comprehensively building a modern socialist country,the building of a strong cultural country is 15 years ahead,and the building of culture is therefore placed in a more prominent position.Against such a background,it is of great significance and value to review the historical process of cultural construction of the CPC,examine the strategic positioning,cultural policies and specific initiatives of the CPC on cultural construction in different periods,and analyze the historical evolution of cultural construction positioning,philosophy and initiatives,in order to promote socialist cultural construction in the new era.In the course of a hundred years' struggle,the CPC has always attached great importance to cultural construction.However,due to the different historical tasks faced by revolution,construction,reform and revival,the strategic positioning and policy measures of cultural construction in different historical stages are also different.With the help of the theoretical framework of "cultural paradigm",this paper analyzes what changes have taken place in the theoretical system and practical system of cultural construction in the CPC in different historical periods,and examines the "transformation of cultural paradigm" according to these changes.Through the above analysis and perspective,it can be found that in the process of cultural construction under the leadership of the CPC,four different cultural construction paradigms have been formed successively: the "enlightenment paradigm" in the period of new-democratic revolution,that is,enlightening and awakening people with Marxist thought;"Transformation paradigm" in the period of socialist revolution and construction,that is,transforming old culture and building socialist culture;The "power paradigm" in the new period of reform,opening up and socialist modernization is to give full play to the majestic power of advanced socialist culture to promote economic development and enrich people's spiritual life;The "position paradigm" in the new era of socialism with Chinese characteristics is to establish ideology as an extremely important task of the party,to put forward the idea of strengthening cultural self-confidence,and to promote the construction of a powerful country with socialist culture.A thorough study of the paradigms and changes of the CPC's cultural construction in different historical periods will help us deepen our understanding of the laws of socialist cultural construction,thus providing theoretical resources and practical guidance for promoting the great development and prosperity of socialist culture and building a powerful socialist cultural construction country.
