Research On Administrative Punishment For Untrustworthy Behavior

Honesty and trustworthiness is the proper meaning of the socialist market economy and the inevitable requirement to maintain the order of market transactions.Through the analysis,it is not difficult to find that the main reason for frequent breach of trust is that the punishment for breach of trust is not enough and the cost of breach of trust is too low,which requires the government to intervene in breach of trust.Administrative punishment,as an important way of punishment for breach of trust,plays an important role in curbing breach of trust.However,due to the late start of administrative punishment for breach of trust in China,there are still many deficiencies in the system construction,such as: the corresponding legislative system is not perfect,the standards of breach of trust list are not unified,the disciplinary procedure rules are not clear,and there are still shortcomings in the legal remedy procedure.This paper aims to analyze the existing deficiencies of punishment for breach of trust from the perspective of administrative law,and put forward Suggestions on improving the administrative punishment system for breach of trust,so as to make it play its due role and escort the development of China's socialist market economy.
