Problems And Countermeasures In The Construction Of Women's Federation In Administrative Villages Of Tangyuan County

Administrative villages are the most grass-roots mass autonomous organizations in China.With the continuous reform and development of social economy,the production and life of rural women have also undergone tremendous changes.The purpose of village-level women's federations is to connect village Party branches with women.This paper takes 137 administrative villages of Tangyuan County as the research object,and through the investigation and analysis of the basic situation of the construction of women's federations at the village level,it finds that there are some problems in the construction of women's federations at the village level,such as unbalanced development,lack of working funds,weakened service role of staff,and irregular management.This paper puts forward the countermeasures for the construction of women's federations at the village level from five aspects of strengthening the political construction,troop construction,activity construction,position construction and system construction of women's federations at the village level,so as to enhance the role of women's federations at the village level in the revitalization and development of the countryside,so as to serve the women masses more effectively.
