Research On Intellectual Property Issues Of Copying And Reorganizing Information Content In The Network Environment

Information and technology is not only an important supporting force for building an innovative country,but also a core element for a country to participate in global competition,and the Internet has created convenient conditions for information sharing.However,with the wide application and popularization of information sharing,reproduction becomes more convenient and cheap,and the resulting intellectual property infringement problems are numerous.Not only that,the development of science and technology has infiltrated artificial intelligence into our daily life,and the emergence of artificial intelligence writing software has brought great challenges to the traditional copyright system.Artificial intelligence writing software is created by copying,reorganizing and reinventing existing resources.The work generated by writing software has been put on the market,the lack of relevant academic discussions and laws and regulations makes this issue of great research value.But artificial intelligence is a new industry.Therefore,China has not made special legislation and legal norms on the copyright of the works produced by its reproduction and reorganization.Copyright infringement means are changing with each passing day,and the law is lagging behind,which makes intellectual property infringement situation difficult to contain.Therefore,in order to protect the intellectual property rights of our country,it is very necessary to study the information content of reproduction and reorganization.In addition,network sharing can not be separated from the support of the platform,through analyzing the role of network service providers in the sharing process,it is helpful to clarify their responsibilities and obligations.By perfecting the safe haven principle and strengthening the red flag principle,we should strengthen the supervision of the platform by the network service providers,and reduce the occurrence of duplication and reorganization infringement on the side,so as to achieve the purpose of maintaining the Internet order.In this study,we study the intellectual property rights of the content of information reproduction in network environment from six parts.The first part is the introduction,which mainly expounds the background,purpose and significance of the thesis,domestic and foreign research status and research methods;the second part is the introduction of the theoretical basis,from the reproduction and reorganization,network information services,intellectual property rights and other related theories;the third part is through the “In the name of people” infringement case,We Chat public number reprint and artificial intelligence writing software product “Princess Weiyoung” as a case,respectively,the rational use,improper citation and plagiarism.Based on the analysis of the above three cases,in the fourth part,the author summarizes the problems existing in the current judicial trial methods and the obligations of network service providers in our country.According to the above-mentioned mechanism,the author of the sixth part puts forward concrete improvement plan,which can not only provide theoretical support for the later legislation,but also enhance the quality of information content in the network environment.Sufficient customer's demand,more our country literature development plays the certain promotion function.
