On The Compensation For Damages Of Objects Of Personal Significance

In practice,there are many kinds of personality meaning objects,so it is necessary to define the meaning objects of personality first,and then how to remedy the spiritual damage caused by the damage of personality meaning objects.With the development of society,people's pursuit of spiritual world is increasing day by day,which leads to the cases of compensation for damage of personality meaning and objects are common.However,China's relevant legislation is in a state of lack,so it is difficult to identify the personality,the elements of the damage of personality,and calculate the amount of mental damage in practice.Therefore,how to define the meaning of personality and how to compensate for the damage of the meaning of personality? In this paper,through four parts,the definition of personality object is first clarified,which leads to the two forms of damage caused by personality object,namely tort damage and breach of contract damage,and how to compensate for the damage of personality object,namely,compensation for the value of personality object and compensation for spiritual damage.Finally,based on the reality of our country,the author puts forward his own Suggestions to prevent the rights and interests of both parties from being equally safeguarded,and to contribute to the cause of our country's law.
